If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 10 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 7 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 10% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 30% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 40% will be charged.

A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested before 23:59 on the day of date of use.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Remarks: Because of epdemic or other reasons, some scenic spots of itinerary maybe closed temporarily or limited visit. Your guide will discuss with you if there have above situations. We will refund the tickets for you or adjust itinerary to visit other scenic spots.
