• Office/specified time pickup: You can pick it up on the day of departure (at the airport). Please have your booking number or confirmation details ready for a simpler and more convenient pickup process.

Travel with peace of mind and stay connected

Before departure, please ensure your device is fully charged and mobile data roaming is turned off.

Simply turn on the Shuang Wi-Fi device after arriving at your destination, select the SSID displayed on the back of the device, enter the password, and enjoy Internet access.

Pick up and return Wi-Fi egg

• Office: Customers only need to return the rented equipment to the airport on the day of their return. If the equipment is undamaged and not lost, and the deposit receipt is presented (if applicable), the deposit will be refunded immediately.

What's included
Price summary = rental fee + deposit.
1. Rent
Rent = Daily rate × days × Device Quantity
The trip duration is calculated from the day of departure (pick-up date) to the day of return (drop-off date).
Late fee = unit price at booking * number of units * overtime days
2. Deposit
Deposit details: A deposit of CNY 500 per unit is required and can only be paid online. The deposit will be refunded according to the method of your original payment within 3-10 working days after the item is returned. The full deposit will be deducted if the main unit is lost, while partial loss of components will result in corresponding fees deducted according to the counter standards.
3. Extension fee
If you need to extend your rental after picking up the device, please call Trip.com customer support at 10106666 before 4:00 PM (GMT+8) one day prior to your original return date. Trip.com customer support will confirm and arrange the extension for you. After this deadline, Trip.com will not be able to process extension requests. If the device is not returned on time, late fees will be charged at the counter rate (which is higher than the Trip.com rate).

The deposit can be paid online. A deposit of 500 CNY per device(s) is required. After the item is returned, the deposit will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 working days.
A deposit of 500CNY per device(s) is required for on-site payment using credit/debit card,cash,Alipay,WeChat and will be refunded upon return according to the method of your original payment.

Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 7 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 80% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note


  • Devices containing lithium batteries must be carried on board and cannot be checked in when traveling by air.
  • If not returned on time, rental fees for the extended days will be charged at the counter rate.
  • If you're unable to return the equipment on time due to force majeure such as flight delays or cancellations, please call Trip.com for assistance.
