• Office/specified time pickup: You can pick it up on the day of departure (at the airport). Please have your booking number or confirmation details ready for a simpler and more convenient pickup process.

Before departure, please ensure your device is fully charged and mobile data roaming is turned off.
Simply turn on the Shuang Wi-Fi device after arriving at your destination, select the SSID displayed on the back of the device, enter the password, and enjoy Internet access.
Pick up and return Wi-Fi egg
• Office: Customers only need to return the rented equipment to the airport on the day of their return. If the equipment is undamaged and not lost, and the deposit receipt is presented (if applicable), the deposit will be refunded immediately.
