- Important Notice: For guests who have purchased the package including admission tickets, a refund of 35 CNY will be issued if Helan Mountain Rock Painting offers free admission. - Important Note: In case of force majeure such as rain, snow, or temporary closures on the day that result in the attraction being closed and unable to be visited, the transportation fee for that day cannot be refunded. However, any unused admission tickets will be refunded based on the travel agency's purchase price. Tickets that have already been used or for which entry has been granted cannot be refunded (placing an order implies acceptance of these terms).
