Excellent service. I accidentally bought a ticket for the wrong destination, and they exchanged it for the right one without any hassle, no extra charge. The most important thing is to come in and ask. The manager called customer support and got the exchange done. The boat is large, and the ride takes 40 minutes.Trip.com Picks
