Highly recommend Kuber ATV! We booked through Trip.com, and it was super convenient – ​​just show your booking voucher upon arrival. We opted for the 1.5-hour tour, which took us through rice paddies, forests, waterfalls, and caves – the atmosphere was amazing, and the whole experience was fantastic. The entire trip was safe, and the ATVs are easy to drive, even for beginners, and the price is very reasonable. Once in Kuber, consider adding their photography or video packages; the results are excellent. We only bought the photo package this time and were already very satisfied. All videos and photos are uploaded to Google Drive and then a link is sent to you via WhatsApp – super convenient! Next time we're in Ubud, we'll definitely book this activity again through Trip.com; it's truly a lot of fun!

This is the first time I've written a serious review on Ctrip, something I almost never do. I was initially worried about the price, but aside from a slight delay of over 20 minutes at the hotel because we hadn't coordinated pick-up time via WeChat, everything else was fantastic. The hotel provided hot coffee at the transfer station before the jeep ride up the mountain. Special praise to Nyoman and his granddaughter! Our group of six traveled in two cars, and despite the heavy rain the night before, Nyoman drove very steadily. Upon arrival, he meticulously took many beautiful photos of us, checking each one carefully to ensure it looked good. We also witnessed breathtaking volcanic rock formations, marveling at the wonders of nature. A truly satisfying trip! We were so happy! Everyone tipped us at the end. ^_^

Nice day in Ubud. High traffic jump to go, road was busy despite the low wet season and Ramadan. I cannot imagine in peak season. Guide was very helpful, itinerary interesting. Rice terrasses quite touristic, I would prefer a place more authentic. Waterfall fantastic. Overall very good day.

We went Mount Batur, rice field and waterfall. it was a well organized trip, jeep drivers are all good photographers. Also special thank to our driver Mudi. It was a long day for him from 3am to 2 pm, but he was always patient, helpful and smiling. He offered to carry our bags, and always told us to take our time, even though it has been a long day for him. When we saw a fruit shop on the road, he immediately turned around so we could stop there. We had a great time with Mudi and thank you for taking care of us.

What a wonderful trip! Driver Sentana picked us up from the hotel at 3:00 AM, and about an hour later we were there, drinking hot tea and coffee before climbing the volcano. Then, with driver Mangku, we climbed the volcano and waited for sunrise. We were lucky with the weather; the sunrise was beautiful! Mangku helped us take some great photos; it was unforgettable! Afterwards, we went to the black lava and hot springs. It's a shame you can't just fall asleep after the hot springs; they're very relaxing 😀 Great job, everyone! We loved it! I wish your business prosperity and many satisfied customers! Definitely a thumbs up 💌
