Jennifer was our guide for the day and we couldn’t have asked for a better representative of the city. She was so kind and thoughtful. Jennifer met us at the cruise port on time and was patient with us as it took a while for us to get thru immigration. After pick up she carefully drove us thru all the sights & sounds with stop throughout the day. I can’t recommend this tour and especially Jennifer enough. She made our day memorable. I can’t recommend this tour company and the guide enough.★

Absolutely perfect. They scanned my GYG ticket, I was immediately taken to the elevator, and I was the first one in. The experience on the 89th floor is amazing. It's a mix of Disney, a Christmas market (I was there in early December), and a shopping/café area. And, of course, breathtaking views in every direction. The elevator alone is worth the money. It's like flying, but vertical.★
