The tour guide was very enthusiastic. Despite the hot weather, he led us around and explained everything. The entire group consisted of Russians, Chinese, and Japanese; none of them spoke English as their native language. The guide's English also had a strong Southeast Asian accent, so many of us struggled to understand, but he patiently explained everything. We visited three places in one day, each with its own unique features. First, we saw a lake, which was even more beautiful than I expected in photos. Then we went to the mausoleum, where we learned about the history, which was quite interesting. Finally, we visited the Imperial City, where the guide provided the most detailed explanation, leading us through about two-thirds of the area. Everyone we met along the way was also very friendly, helping each other and chatting—it was a memorable experience. I hope the tour can have a Chinese-speaking guide in the future.★

The tour logistics were well thought out. All the sights are located quite far from each other, so you can easily spend more than one day exploring on your own. Our guide, Xi, was also wonderful and shared many interesting insights into Vietnam's history, culture, and traditions. She also recommended attractions and restaurants in our next city on this trip. The lunch was fantastic. Everything was fresh and delicious, and the foot bath was a real treat. The bus was small, so we had a warm, multinational group.★

Extremely satisfied! The itinerary was well-planned, the tour guide's explanations were very in-depth, and the guide himself was quite knowledgeable about Chinese culture and spoke some Chinese. The lunch restaurant was also very delicious. I highly recommend spending a day in Hue to learn about Vietnamese history while in Da Nang!★

A very interesting train journey experience. You can sing, dance, soak your feet, have breakfast, drink coffee, and shop on the train. The morning pick-up time wasn't updated. I could have leisurely finished breakfast at the hotel (served at 6:20), but they told me to wait in the lobby at 6:25, and they didn't pick us up until 6:50. I could have finished my breakfast before going downstairs, but I ended up hurriedly eating only two bites before heading down!★

She provided fun and informative information. Even though English isn’t my first language, her guidance was clear, thoughtful, and easy to understand. I also loved that she gave us enough free time to explore the places and took individual photos for everyone.The lunch they provided was so good! We have had the privilege of booking with Tam and BNT travel on two different years. We cannot say enough about how professional and caring they are. We never ever had a worry, if there was anything that we weren’t sure about we would message Tam and get an instant response. Tam booked for us many private tours where the vehicles were always top notch and the guides exceptional. It was always easy to adjust any tour to meet our personal preferences. We toured from one end of Vietnam to the other and were never disappointed. When we needed help with travel in Thailand Tam also was able to arrange tours and customize them to our likes. At one point we had missed a flight and weren’t sure what to do, Tam to the rescue, within minutes she had us on another flight and ground transportation arranged.
One of the biggest things we feel about booking with BNT is you have a friend there to help you and guide you. Never did we worry about anything as Tam always made it right. Also there is no language barrier with Tam as she is very fluent in English as were all of her tour guides.
We honestly cannot say enough about BNT travel or Tam and all of their wonderful staff, if you book with them you have no worries!
