The meeting point was difficult to find. As a result, we arrived late, but luckily we were able to join the tour an hour later. The correct meeting point is at the Ritz Hotel, about 5-10 minutes away from the posted location. The tour itself was good. Our guide told us a lot of interesting information about London, some of which was new to us.★

Dan was very knowledgeable; he covered a lot of interesting details as we explored Westminster Abbey. We took the boat ride during rush hour, and he didn't lose any of us. He was really concerned and made sure the guests enjoyed every part of the tour. A must if you want to explore the abbey and the tower with a detailed insight.★

This tour was perfect for seeing all of the must-see sights in London. Our tour guide, Chris, was funny and extremely knowledgeable. It was perfectly timed to see the changing of the guard - he knew all of the best places to stand for the best view! We ended our tour in front of Westminster Abbey and Big Ben just in time to hear Big Ben's bells. The activity was just right, nothing too strenuous for those who might be concerned about a 3 hour walking tour. Thanks Chris!
