Our tour guide was incredibly nice, with a well-planned itinerary. He patiently accompanied us throughout the tour, explaining the history and culture, and even acted as our photographer 📸. We were very lucky to encounter the snow-covered castle 🏰. Both places are definitely worth visiting! I highly recommend hiring our guide, Xiao Ke 👍

JJ was such an engaging guide, sometimes you can tell when someone is just going through the motions but you could tell he really had an interest in the history of all the areas and was keen to share his knowledge with everyone. It is a long trip but it is so well organised and there is some time to explore the areas on your own as well. Could not recommend highly enough.

Our guide, Elena, was incredibly sweet and kind. She's young and very knowledgeable. We chose the tour in English. The small groups allowed us to fully enjoy the experience and interact even more with Elena, getting to know each other better. The bus was truly comfortable and clean, and the driver was very attentive and kind. The only flaw we found was the guide's headphones, which weren't disposable but were from previous tours. Otherwise, it was a wonderful experience that I would gladly repeat!


