Did not really expect much but I was so surprised how wonderful the experience was. The multi-media presentations, history shared and humor made for a very fun time. Learned a bunch

A really great activity that's well worth the trip; Hallstatt is magnificent! Transport is in a small group but quite long...

Loved it, would definitely recommend and do it again, however keep in mind that it is expensive and there are additional charges at the venue (3 euro coat check, 5 euro program, and you pay for all your drinks). If you’re considering what tickets to get, I had the category A floor ticket and would’ve had the same/perhaps better experience if I had the category B or C ones because they are a little higher up. Definitely glad I didn’t have the category D though, I don’t think I would’ve been able to see super well from the back booths.

Reviews: Hallstatt 1-day tour [Single traveler booking available + Includes summer cruise + City hotel pickup]

It was such a pleasant trip! The customer service was very patient in explaining everything. After placing my order, I received an email informing me to wait at my hotel reception at 6:45 AM. The driver would pick me up and take me to the bus pick-up point to the left of the opera house. The customer service representative would call my name from the electronic list. Throughout the trip, the tour guide provided explanations, and I used a translation app to translate everything simultaneously. Even if you don't speak English, it wasn't a problem. As long as you knew the pick-up point and the meeting time, and confirmed with the tour guide again, you could relax and enjoy the trip while taking photos.
