Pretty good. Guide was quite informative even though we had less interaction with them. Since we drove our own car. Still had to pay full price even though we did not use the bus or the hotel pickup. But other tickets were not available★

Driver was great. Communicated clearly, have useful tips and kept the day moving. He accommodated the older guests with care and I would reccomend this tour to anyone visiting Krakow★

Absoloutley outstanding.
I opted to bypass the baths as I wanted to sight see. And that's what this trip did. Stopping at various areas Chocolow, photo opportunities, then onto Zakopane and the Tatra mountains and even an unplanned boarder hop to Slovakia!!!!!
Our tour guide David was fantastic, local to Krakow he had a sound knowledge of literally everything. Great historical knowledge and generally well informed. All round lovely guy.
I can't recommend this tour enough. The photos really do.not capture how breath taking the views were★

Brilliant day trip with special thanks to our host Antoni who was absolutely fantastic. So nice and was very impressive how he was able to switch between both English and Spanish. The thermal pools were a particular highlight. Would do the tour again.★

Our guide Pawel was lovely. Couldn’t really of been any better. We felt very relaxed and well looked after. Pawel listened to my mums interests and tailored the day with little extras to suit her interests. I’d recommend to friends with no hesitation.
