This was my first time in Bali, and I especially want to commend the customer service representative for recommending so many unique Balinese attractions. She was incredibly helpful, adding us to the group chat promptly and replying to messages super fast! The local driver we contacted spoke English and picked us up around 2 PM, driving us for three hours to Lovina for our boat trip. Although we had to get up early, the sunrise from the boat was breathtaking, and we actually saw a lot of dolphins. It's definitely worth the trip and I highly recommend it.

Our driver Dedi was a lovely fellow who made us feel welcome and comfortable in his presence. He followed our custom itinerary to the dot. When we couldn’t go to one of the places we planned, he took us to a coffee plantation which was amazing.

We saw a recommendation for a tour of Ubud that included a visit to a waterfall, a monkey forest, a palace, and a plantation where they make the famous Luwak coffee. Our guide was Dewa. We're grateful to him for the tour. He kindly took us to different places, recommended the best places to visit, and took photos. We highly recommend him and this tour.

We enjoyed the trip. The driver, Made, was punctual and friendly. The captain steered the boat very carefully. We saw dolphins. The only downside was that there were too many boats, and some captains swam too close to the dolphins at speed, which scared the animals and they retreated into the deep water.


