Well above expectations in both Aurora viewing itself but also in how attentive and knowledgeable the staff was. The trailer they have set is a game changer in the cold weather. Note we were at -40 degrees. The firepits also helped stay warm. We were able to borrow tripods from them and get help with camera settings. I would take another trip with them in a heartbeat.

This was a truly spectacular experience. The Aurora's gave us an amazing show. the hot springs were so refreshing even in -45 deg temps. I cannot say enough about our guide Daniel, he altered our schedule to accommodate the group and then we went to multiple viewing points to chase the lights. He was courteous, informative, and such a great guide.

It was a fantastic experience, especially since we encountered a spectacular aurora display on the return trip – we were so lucky! Our guide, Mr. Ding, was also very professional, helping us take photos and sharing photography tips. It was a truly worthwhile experience.
