After reading the comments, I felt like I went to a fake Yuliao?
Why did I navigate to the Yuliao Visitor Center and it said there was a paid seaside boardwalk, but there was no staff and the boardwalk was broken in the middle. Locals said it was closed (⁼̴̤̆ ㉨⁼̴̤̆ )
The big beach was also average

We stopped by here on our way to the Yuliao Scenic Area. The cave was very cool inside. The train runs regularly, and when we arrived, it was just leaving. We went in on our own and walked around slowly for about half an hour. It was too hot outside, so we didn't explore further.
This is a great place to experience history.
