Private Charter & Guide Service Fee Description

1. Private charter inclusions

Round-trip private car transportation fee, fuel surcharge, toll fee, parking fee, driver service fee, and meal allowance.

2. Pick-up & Drop-off Area

Only available within Wenzhou city area. The specific pick-up point and departure time will be confirmed 1 day before departure. Additional fees may apply for areas beyond this scope.

3. Exclusions

Attraction tickets, cable car tickets, personal dining expenses, accommodation fees, and tour guide service fees

[Special Notice]

1. If a tour guide service is required, the cost of the guide's admission ticket and meals will be borne by the guest.
2. If the itinerary exceeds the agreed service duration, the overtime fee must be paid on-site to the staff. Please confirm the specific standards in advance.

Guide & Private Charter Service Notice

1. Service Nature: Both guide and private charter services are one-time, full-process services that cannot be interrupted midway or reused. The entire service process must be completed in one go.
2. Service Duration: The basic service duration is 8 hr, and overtime fees must be paid on-site for any additional time.
3. Cost Coverage: During the service period, you are responsible for the guide's meals and attraction admission tickets; dinner and accommodation expenses are not included.
4. Time-based Billing

• Tour guide service: Timing starts from the moment of meeting with guests.
• Private charter service: Timing starts when guests board the vehicle; transportation accompaniment and meal accompaniment are both included in the service duration.

1. Lunch NoteThe staff's lunch break is included within the 8-hour service duration; if dining with guests, no additional lunch fee will be charged.
2. Billing Rules Regardless of the actual usage duration on the same day, the service will be billed at the standard rate for 8 hours.
