这家店环境上来看属于很普通的饭馆，但既然做的是上海本帮菜，那环境和家常菜搭就是最好的了啦，家常菜本来讲的就不是商务宴请的排场而是味道。用时下流行的话来描述就是少点套路，多些真诚。饭店本身名气不像一些大的连锁餐饮企业广，但真的是靠口碑做出来的，经常订不到位，来的好多都是回头客、老饕，所以其实懂吃的人来说这家本帮菜馆名气还是很响的。上海菜偏甜，吃不惯的外地朋友可能不一定喜欢。但以本身上海人的味蕾来评价，第一筷子入口就赞不绝口，果然是名不虚传！真的好好吃～很喜欢他家的腰花，除了腰花本身好吃外，下面独具匠心铺了层姜片，很脆很爽口，像萝卜干一样爽脆，吃不出姜味，姜片下面放的是卷心菜丝泡在醋和其它调味汁里，爽口开胃。八宝鸭算是一道本帮名菜，这家的八宝鸭需要提前付订金，这道菜真的好赞呀，浓油赤酱亮光光漂亮到不行，里面的栗子酥酥的，酱油很入味，糯米饭好吃到飞起来～不愧是招牌菜，真的很美味！需要注意的是这道菜量真的很巨大，一份足够一桌十人吃了。需要付订金的除了这道菜还有一道是拆骨鱼头汤，鸭子和鱼头这些应该是根据预订的数量提前采购食材，所以不提前预订直接到店是吃不了的。再来说油爆虾，火候掌握很好，外脆里嫩，壳里面的虾仁一点水份都没流失，嫩嫩的，味道一级棒！红烧肉，亮晶晶的酱油包裹着，色香味俱全，入口是大写的满足。花雕鸡，肉比较紧，味道很香。其他响油鳝丝、圈子、熏鱼、百叶结这些传统本帮名菜也都做得不错，色香味都一只鼎～完爆很多名气大的饭店喔！订座卡上写了无味精菜。五星满分我给六星，多一星不怕你骄傲，哈哈！
