【位置】在澳门半岛新葡京酒店43层,乘坐电梯到达39层之后,还需要服务员带进去乘坐私人电梯直上43层的餐厅,这家法国餐厅是世界三大名厨之一的Joel Robuchon先生在澳门开的分店之一,也是自《米其林红色指南-香港澳门》第一本开始就登上了三星的餐厅,一直到今年已经第九个年头,一直牢牢保持着米其林三星的水平。【口味】一直觉得国内做的好吃的法餐不多,就算有在北上广那些大都市里面也是贵到飞起,澳门消费这么高的城市,一顿米其林三星只要700澳门币左右实在是难得,这一位天才法厨,目前手上餐厅加起来的米其林星星已经将近三十颗,还在每年不断增加当中,果然是值得特别前去一吃的:#鱼子酱伴粟米忌廉及牛肉清汤冻# 这一道,上面的鱼子酱因为是冰冻的关系,稍微有点硬,但是和下面的忌廉拌在一起之后又是另一种味道,淡淡的牛肉味,吃到最下面的冻就是整个味蕾被打开,分量刚刚好,作为开胃菜中规中矩;#甜菜根沙律伴苹果及牛油果佐香草及青芥末雪葩# 这里非常贴心的一点是,为了顾及到有些客人是素食主义者,每一道里面都有一样是 素食专享的,这一道也是,整体上来的时候就觉得很不错,没想到整个是冷的,里面的 牛油果味道比较浓郁,这些年牛油果的做法很多,没想到融入在法餐里面也这么好吃,像是一个果冻一样的前菜,非常特别,超级推荐;#烟熏鹅肝薯仔沙律配帕米森芝士# 早已听说这里的鹅肝非常出名,从头盘开始就少不了鹅肝的存在,这一道出乎意料额美味,旁边搭配的芝士非常美味,一点都不会腻,鹅肝更是嫩到入口即化;#缅英龙虾意粉配海鲜风味酱汁# 法国餐厅里面的意大利面一点也不逊色,龙虾做得刚刚好,而且酱汁很浓郁但却不腻味,看起来虽然很精致,却是足够一个人的分量,如果是女孩子,估计可能吃不完;#日本和牛及香煎鹅肝迷你汉堡伴焦糖烧灯笼椒# 早已听说这里的日本和牛非常出色,和鹅肝一样,是这里的主打之一,这一道菜我觉得完全是为了满足慕名前来的食客的,一次性就能吃到两样最出色的食物,上来只有两个小汉堡,乍一看觉得肯定不够吃,里面夹了一片鹅肝和一片和牛,一口咬下去,简直不是一个“满足”可以形容的;除了吃起来非常不方便之外(因为切也不是拿着吃也不是,有点不知道如何下口),这一道菜完全达到预期值。
