Bangong Lake (Ladakh: Pangong Tso), also known as Cuomuangla Rinpo (Tibetan: མཚོ་མོ་ངང་ལྷ་རིང་པོ།; Willi: mtsho mo ngang lha ring po; THL: Tsomo Nganglha Ringpo), Tibetan meaning "long neck swan", is located about 12 kilometers northwest of Ritu County, Ali District, Tibet Autonomous Region, with an east-west direction, with an area of 604 square kilometers.
