It is another store with salmon as a special ingredient. Japanese shops are small, but they are basically quite a few years old. My favorite is roasted salmon in their house, which is very fresh and very tasty.

This store mainly operates salmon grilling. I heard that it was delicious in Japan, so I tried it with my friends. In fact, it was not as delicious as I imagined. The salmon grilled was a bit scorched. I personally don’t like the scorched food very much. I don’t like it very much. The place is very small. There are a lot of people in the queue, and they are all Chinese tourists at a glance, but the service is still very thoughtful. There will be waiters who come to pour tea from time to time.

去得比较早所以没有等位，我们点了鳗鱼饭+鳗鱼肝汤套餐、鳗鱼饭+乌冬面套餐和一份稻荷寿司，烤鳗鱼不愧是招牌菜，表皮微焦、鱼肉肥美鲜香，稻荷寿司也比国内好吃太多。他家量很小，要求每人起码点一份食品，服务和环境都普通，只收现金。如果没空在店里吃的话还可以外卖烤鳗鱼。
