Lixue Pavilion Review

The Temple of the Tennos at the end of the monument stands for the four kings of the wind, tune, rain and smooth. The red walls of the palace are green, the arches are colored, and there is a statue of King Kong on the left and right in front of the screen in the door.

The snow pavilion behind the abbot's room in Shaolin was built in the Ming Dynasty. It was the place where the second ancestor Hui could stand and ask for the law from the Damo ancestors. There is a bronze statue of the Damo ancestors cast during the Ming Jiajing years. The plaque above is the title of Qing Qianlong Emperor.

The Lixueting was built in the Ming Dynasty and rebuilt in 1980. It is now a place where monks daily Buddhist deeds. It is said that this is the place where the second ancestor Hui can stand in the snow to ask for the Dharma ancestor's arm. The temple is dedicated to the bronze statue of Dharma in the shrine, which was cast for the ten years of Ming Jiajing (1531). Hanging "snow print heart beads" on the forehead, the font is strong, the momentum is magnificent, for Qing Qianlong emperor pens.
