    I recently booked this 1 start Michelin restaurant for a group of 9 and for a business dinner, using the online booking system. They came back rapidly in few hours offering two choices of group menus, we chose the signature menu (slightly less than CHF200 for a 5 dish menu). The choice for vegetarians and any specific requirements could be announced at the table, which is a big advantage when you book your table for a group. I had a great feedback from our guest on both service and food. Definitely, the service is in line with the ranking of the hotel in which this restaurant is attached to.

    As always, I will start with the good. We showed up without a reservation and they were very accommodating to find us a table. The service across the board was excellent, what you would expect for a place of this caliber. Also, the wine selection was great, again, as you would expect for this caliber of a restaurant. Unfortunately, the food was rather average for this price level. Of the 2 amuse bouche only one was decent. The first was an overpowering mackeral that was not an ideal palette opener. The mains were good, but again not amazing. Beef Filet with Foie Gras was good but nothing creative and filet was not the best cut. The dessert were a bit more creative -- I had a frozen carved out lemon with Sorbet. Overall, there was nothing here to make me want to come back again.
