Traveling to Xinjiang, you will definitely take a beautiful Duku Highway. This road connecting the north and south Xinjiang, across the mountains and mountains, through the deep mountain canyons, it has been connected, so that the north and south Xinjiang distance from the original more than 1,000 kilometers shortened by nearly half, can be called a monument in the history of China's road construction. Tens of thousands of officers and soldiers fought for 10 years to build this road, of which 168 road-building officers and soldiers gave their precious lives. The Cemetery of the Revolutionary Martyrs of Qiorma is the National Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery built to commemorate the sacrifice of the 168 revolutionary martyrs who built the Tianshan Duku Highway and buried here. The front of the monument is written in red, "Comrade who gave his life for the Duku Highway Project will never die"! The "Tianshan Duku Highway Memorial Hall" and cultural relics showroom supporting the monument have collected hundreds of tools, photos and drawings of the Tianshan Highway that year. Today, the Qiorma Martyrs Cemetery has become a local Red Revolution education base, model education base for Party members, Defence education base. I came to the Martyrs' Cemetery of Jolma on July 3, 2019. I heard a road repair veteran tell the story that year. His life was given by the sacrifice squad leader. Since then, 34 years have been guarding Du Ku Yingling. I took a photo with the veteran couple, I have been searching for that red memory.
