France Consulate Former Site Review

A very beautiful Western-style building, also the earliest foreign consulate in Beihai, the overall building is well preserved, but unfortunately it is not open, can only be seen outside, it is also a good punching place in Beihai.

The former site of the French Consulate is located in Longzhou County, with convenient transportation. The main building is two French-style buildings. The appearance is still a bit old, but the room has been repainted. Many rooms still have a fireplace and a chimney on the roof outside.

The French Consulate of the North Sea was built in 1890 and is a physical evidence of France's establishment of diplomatic institutions in Beihai City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The former site is located in the Beihai Guest House. It is a one-story Western-style building, long 34.7 meters, wide 20.7 meters, surrounded by corridors wide 2.5 meters, with a concave shape and two meters high on the platform.
