    口味极佳!尤其是水煮鱼和毛血旺。去的时候已经是下午两点多了,服务员态度很好。先上的水煮鱼,鱼片极嫩滑,味道不是很辣,儿子吃的不亦乐乎!毛血旺是我的最爱,里面居然还有鳝鱼片,毛肚脆嫩,黄喉也很爽口,鸭血嫩滑,这才是正宗的毛血旺,以前吃的简直就是大杂烩了。夫妻肺片和上上签味道还行。

    在重庆的最后一顿美食,我们决定把这个重责交与大名鼎鼎的渝信川菜,虽然渝信在上海也有分店,但是感觉没有重庆的来的更地道。坐在二楼的观景露台,就着长江景色品尝地道的毛血旺、馋嘴牛蛙、担担面,果然很地道,又麻又辣,我都要准备把它们洗一下后再入嘴了,哎,这口味太重了,即使微辣也都有点搪不住了…

    选择在这里请客吃饭,提前两天打电话去订好一个可以看江的12座包房。当天下午5点钟从家里出发前,打电话去确认订座,结果服务员说找不到我的订房信息,真是急人,客人都通知好了。好在还有16座的豪华大包间,服务员同意以小包间的价格给我。包间环境很赞,请客绝对够气派。点的都是比较清淡实惠的川菜,菜品不错。服务员动作稍微有点慢。13人喝了一箱啤酒,人均消费100元。
