这里的环境很好，很适合家庭聚会或者情侣约会，食物也真是名不虚传啊，味道非常好，特别是马帮烤鱼，又香又嫩，在五一街小石桥附近，古城里很有名气的一家店，纳西族的特色餐厅，问路边的小店的人都知道，饭店名字最开始觉得很绕嘴，后来知道阿妈意的意思是亲人无论走在哪里，心里都对阿妈用心做出来的菜肴怀念，从而领会母亲最深的爱.环境像是老民居，古色古香的，楼上楼下两层，抗震的传统木还有纳西族特有的窗花，民族气息淋漓尽致. 要说丽江小吃，一定少不了鸡豆凉粉，凉粉看上去和我们那的调凉粉差不多，应该是绿豆凉粉吧，里面放了豆芽，花生沫，口感很爽口，不觉得很辣，入口即化. 马帮烤鱼，这个裂墙推荐，第一次吃这样的烤鱼，下面是薄荷垫底，值得一提的香菜，从来不吃这个东西，除了烤鱼特别焦，香菜也是焦焦的，完全没有香菜的味了，跟吃海苔一样脆脆的，鱼很嫩，拉市海的鲫鱼，除了刺有点多，吃起来有点麻烦，味道很正，鱼皮都焦焦的，第一次愿意吃鱼皮跟香菜，很巴适~ 炖牦牛，因为不太喜欢三文鱼，又怕黑山羊过于膻，就要了香辣牦牛肉，或者叫洋葱炖牦牛吧，配菜主菜一目了然，牦牛很嫩，肉质很细腻，的确跟家里那边的肉牛不太一样，没有一点腥或者膻味，要的微辣，在可接受范围内. 水性杨花，名字有点尴尬，它是生长在泸沽湖中的一道野菜，开的花洁白无暇，而植株却在水中，花因水波而随波逐流，所以大家会戏称它为“水性杨花”，有蒜蓉和辣的两种吃法，要的胖金哥推荐的蒜炒的，不同于云南菜的重口味，很清淡，蒜味不是很重，海花菜很好吃喔~ 荞麦饼松香可口，有点像鸡蛋糕的味道，牦牛酸奶不太正宗，跟在内蒙和藏区喝的不一样，过于稀了，不过味道还可以，加工过后没有那么酸. 挺好的一家店，能吃到正宗的纳西族的美食，店里的胖金哥胖金妹们都穿的他们特有服饰，在古城里是不错的选择
