煲王粤菜餐厅位于黄山路陆军军官学院西侧200米，这是一家较有特点的食堂。正值圣诞节，店内布置了一些圣诞装饰，整个店家都是闪亮亮的，气氛非常好。室内既有敞亮的大厅，也有温馨卡座和小包厢。他家最有特点的是猪肚鸡煲，就是以熬制很久的猪肚和鸡肉为汤底，然后再涮制蔬菜海鲜肉类等等。喝上一口汤以后觉得真是一下子暖到心里，醇香的猪肚和鸡肉味激荡在口腔里。猪肚和鸡肉炖的特别烂而且很可口，吃起来真是棒棒的。这家店的虽然涮菜价钱小贵，不过分量却很足，蔬菜类涮菜实在是满满的一大盆。而且涮菜实在是很清新，蔬菜都是翠绿翠绿的，鲜脆欲滴。还有他家特色的鲜活基围虾，下锅之前都是活蹦乱跳的，因为虾很新鲜所以涮熟以后虾肉非常香甜。流沙包味道一般般，没有我想象中的那么馅料饱满。豉汁蒸凤爪蒸的够火候，肉质很烂，吃起来口感不错。金钱肚相交之下感觉火候欠佳，有些嚼不动。

这家店吃过好几次了，作为一名回头客，可以说是物有所值，店家竖的广告牌说是王思聪来过，还写出了王思聪点的什么菜，锅底就是200多的野生羊肚菌的锅底。对老百姓这个价位也是不低了，我吃的还是招牌猪肚鸡的锅底，能把锅底都喝干了。另外食材都很新鲜，鲜豆腐感觉是最原汁原味的豆腐，有点不一样。流沙包最好吃，是我吃过有史以来最流的流沙包。
