Arrow River Review

箭河，箭镇的母亲河，孕育着箭镇的形成，记载着箭镇的兴衰。随着淘金者于18世纪60年代在箭河流域淘到了第一块金，箭河渐渐成为世界上最盛产砂金的河流之一。大批淘金者蜂拥而至、在此定居，以河流为定居点命名，有了箭镇，并逐渐兴盛繁荣。金砂的枯竭、淘金热的褪去，留下了衰败的箭镇和生态受到严重破坏的箭河。直到旅游热的兴起，大力恢复植被和保护生态，箭河又有了今天迷人的景色，河水潺潺，清澈见底，树木茂密，鲜花盛开。到箭镇游览，一定要去镇北侧的箭河看看，在沿河步道走一走，在市民公园逛一逛，山清水秀会带来心旷神怡。

这是去皇后镇之前要经过的一个小镇，箭镇不大就几条街道而已，但每一处地方都好精致。酒吧一条街好有特色，居民区每家每户都有一个入户花园都不太相同。

箭镇里的箭河，指环王的取景地，这里是世界上最盛产砂金的河流之一。沿着箭河步道前行，这里可是魔戒场景之一，更推荐秋天来因为秋天是箭河最美的季节。

May is the golden autumn of New Zealand. The trees on both sides of the Arrow River are dyed with trees. The pale yellow leaves are like autumn chrysanthemum clusters. The golden ginkgo leaves fall on the ground. It is like laying a golden carpet for the autumn land. The red leaves from shallow to deep lay on the two sides of the Arrow River make them beautiful.
