The sausage salad was decent, bread was a bit dry though. Kids liked feeding the animals. Fine for a quick lunch stop.

Stopped by this place while in Wangen and honestly, the backyard garden got me. Such a calm spot to sit and eat. Had a solid meal, nothing fancy, but the historic building around you makes it feel different. Staff were nice too. Maybe a bit busy when I went, but fine.

Kaiserschmarren was solid. Big portion, easily enough for two. Strudel came with raisins though, not a fan of that. Coffee was fine. Place felt a bit touristy but whatever. If you want a proper Austrian dessert fix, it does the job.

The pinsa here is what keeps me coming back. Lighter than regular pizza, and the crust actually holds up. Price is fair for what you get. Had the one with prosciutto and arugula. Solid lunch stop in Isny. Service was quick enough, but honestly I just care about the food.

The Spätzle and Maultaschen were the real deal—proper Swabian comfort food. Burgers were fine, but honestly, the local dishes stole the show. Weizenbier hit the spot after a long day.

Lovely peppermint tea with real fresh leaves, and the blankets outside were a nice touch. Pricey, but you pay for the square view.

The place is easy to walk past, but the pizza really delivers. Fresh toppings and a solid crust. Parking was a bit annoying, but I'd still go back.

The hot stone steak was the star—cooked right at the table, exactly how I like it. Sides were decent too. Service got a bit slow once it got busy, but the food made up for it.

Stopped here on the way through. Easy off the highway and plenty of parking. Hotel was fine for the kids. Ended up eating at the Turkish place next door since the hotel kitchen was closed. Solid enough.

The vegan Moving Mountain burger was properly good — lots of flavour, didn't feel like I was missing out on anything. Nice beer list as well. Place was chill on a weekday evening.

The wheat beer was only €3.40 and my main course came in under €20. For that quality, I thought it was pretty fair. I sat near the window, the chair was comfortable enough to just relax after eating. Nothing fancy, but I left satisfied and not feeling like I overpaid.

Came here for our anniversary and honestly the dessert stole the show. They brought out a little cake at the end—unexpected and really good. Wine pairing was solid too. Just wish the mains had the same spark.

Stopped by for a casual dinner with friends and honestly the vibe was the best part. Fun decorations, not too loud, easy to hang out for a while. Food was solid too, though the bill added up quicker than expected. Fine for a treat night, maybe not a regular spot. 😄

The vaulted cellar room is the reason to come here. Candlelight, old stone walls, that sort of atmosphere you don't find often. Had the fire show after dinner — genuinely impressive, not a gimmick. Food was decent, though nothing mind-blowing. Service efficient, no complaints. I'd return for the setting alone, just don't expect a culinary revelation.

Loved the truffle pasta here, super creamy and rich. We were a big group of 11 and the staff handled it well. A bit loud but that's part of the vibe.

Been coming here for a while now. Pizzas are consistently huge and the staff remembers you. Gets crowded fast, so book ahead if you can.

Easy to get to, right next to the big public parking lot. That alone makes it a good stop for a late dinner. I liked that I didn't have to worry about finding a spot. The food was decent and the service was friendly enough. Just a simple, no-stress meal. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

Came here on a random evening, grabbed a table outside. Portions are solid, food was tasty — nothing fancy but it hit the spot. Service was friendly enough, didn’t have to wait long. Beer garden’s nice if you wanna sit around for a bit. Wouldn’t mind coming back.

The hotel, the restaurant and the whole ambience are absolutely amazing, everything is very clean and tidy. The food was incredibly delicious and I can only warmly recommend it to everyone, the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The thali here is a solid choice if you want to try a bit of everything. Food tastes authentic, no complaints there. Prices are a little steep for what you get, but the quality makes up for it. I'd come back if I'm in the area again.

The lunch special was cheap and the staff nice. Pesto lasagna came out kinda oily though. They refunded me fast, no questions asked.

Been coming here for a while now, and the four-course menu keeps me coming back. Each dish felt properly thought out, and the wine pairing worked really well. Service stayed professional without being stiff. Only thing, it gets a bit busy on weekends, but that's kind of expected. Solid spot if you know what you're in for.

The Maultaschen were solid, pasta was good too. Place looked a bit understaffed but we still got our food fast. Nice spot for a casual dinner.

The beer garden’s got a good relaxed vibe, and their homemade brews are solid. Sausage salad was a hit. Just watch out—turkey salad was a bit dry, and service can lag when it’s busy.

The croissants were properly flaky, buttery, not those sad dry ones you get at chain places. You can tell someone in the kitchen actually cares about the lamination. I grabbed one to go with my coffee and it held up well, didn't crumble everywhere. Would come back just for that.

The big table was set up nicely for our group, and the pizzas came loaded with toppings. Staff checked on us just enough. Solid spot for a casual get-together.

Tried the vegan couscous here for the first time — really flavorful, not dry at all. Place is small and cozy, staff were friendly. Only downside: they're just open for lunch on weekdays, so hard to catch if you work late. Would go again for sure.

Came by on a weekday evening without a reservation and they found me a spot right away. The food was solid and came out fast, which I appreciated. Seating is a bit cramped though—my table was close to the next one, so not much privacy. Fine for a quick meal, but not the place to linger if you want space.

Stopped by for breakfast while staying at the hotel. Buffet had the usual stuff plus smoked salmon, which was a nice touch. Quiet spot, not crowded. Coffee was decent, nothing fancy. Service was fine, though they took a while to clear plates. For the price, it's okay. Not sure I'd go out of my way if I wasn't staying here, but it does the job.

Nice terrace and great location. Service was a bit slow though. Kaiserschmarrn came out too sweet for me, but the rest of the food was solid.
