The garlic naan was great, you could really taste the fresh garlic. The tandoori chicken was nice and aromatic too.

Service was on point, even on a busy Friday night. Our server was friendly and kept us updated on the kitchen&rsquo;s pace, which we appreciated. The food arrived at a decent time. They had a nice wine list, and the staff helped us pick a bottle that went well with our steaks.

The owners were so helpful with our wedding cheesecake order. It was a big hit, and honestly, the price was very fair for the size we got.

The lamb three ways was delicious, and the wine list had some really interesting pairings for it. Staff were lovely.

Had to come back after 30 mins due to the queue. Worth the wait. Service was prompt once seated. The celeriac soup special was very good, just needed a bit more seasoning for my taste. The trip here was over an hour each way, but it delivered.

We&rsquo;d booked a last minute afternoon tea which was utterly delicious!  We&rsquo;d put in a request for plain scones too and they were freshly cooked for us - service was great (Matthew made sure we had everything we needed, and got us extra tea etc.,)

This place gets packed on a Friday night, a proper local spot. I joined the queue and it moved pretty quick. The vibe inside is buzzing, everyone&#39;s just chatting and eating. Got a seat at the bar in the end.

Been coming here for years. Their chocolate selection is always spot on - the pralines are my go-to. Perfect spot by the river for a quiet afternoon with a slice of cake. Prices have crept up a bit, but the quality&#39;s stayed the same.

Popped in for a coffee and a slice of their carrot cake. Coffee was spot on, cake was really moist and not too sweet. Staff were super friendly, which was a nice touch. Ended up browsing the gift shop downstairs for a bit afterwards.

Good spot for a lively night out with karaoke. Not the place if you&#39;re after a quiet drink.

The lunch menu was fabulous, with excellent quality food and a lovely setting. Pepe was friendly and attentive, ensuring we had a great dining experience.

A really lovely restaurant, great staff and tasty food! We went for the taster menu which was delicious and gave a good variety. The chicken with haggis was definitely our favourite, would return again for this alone!

The food here was amazing, and the atmosphere is beautiful. I highly recommend it for anyone who values great cuisine over service quirks.

The food quality is exceptional, especially the steaks. I particularly enjoyed the chateaubriand, which was perfectly cooked and incredibly tender.

Absolutely recommend the haggis, neeps and tatties with gravy and a Glengoyne whiskey which was our starter. Main courses were also delicious. Friendly staff. Would eat here again.
