Came for the schnitzel, stayed for the vibe. The owner's a real character, makes you feel at home right away. I had a decent Riesling with mine, worked well with the crispy crust. Prices are fair for what you get. Place was a bit busy, but that's probably a good sign.

Came for the grilled calamari — honestly, better than most I’ve had in Italy. Charred just right, tender, not rubbery at all. The old brewery setting gives it a nice rough edge, fits the food. Staff left me alone until I needed them, which I appreciate. Would go back just for that dish again.

Been coming here for a while now. The grilled shrimp are still spot on—fresh, butterflied just right. Food always looks good on the plate too. For this area, the price is fair. View doesn't hurt either. Not the kind of place you'd go out of your way for, but if you're nearby, it's solid.

The frozen strawberry margarita was solid—proper balance, not too sweet. Happy hour pricing makes it a decent stop if you're in the area. Cocktails are clearly the main draw here. Service was fine, nothing to complain about. I'd come back for a drink, though probably not for a full meal.

Sat outside with a cone, fruit flavors were really intense. Tried the mango and raspberry, both tasted fresh, not fake syrup. Price felt fair for what you get. Service was quick enough, though the line moved slower than I hoped. Solid stop if you're nearby and want something cold.

Been coming here for a while now, lunch is always solid. The food quality for what you pay is honestly hard to beat. Service stays friendly, never felt rushed. Plus the spot by the Danube makes it easy to grab a walk after. Just wish they had a bit more seating inside when it gets busy.

The homemade pasta here is the real deal. I got the tagliatelle and the portion was decent for the price, not one of those tiny tourist plates. It's a bit snug inside, but the food makes up for it. If you want a proper Italian meal without breaking the bank in Passau, this is a solid pick.

The pizza was thin and crispy, exactly how I like it. They let you pick between thin or thick crust, which is nice. Prices felt fair for what you get. Service was okay, nothing special but not bad either. The seating area felt a bit cramped though, not a lot of room between tables. Fine for a quick casual bite.

Samosas were proper. Like the ones I had in Delhi. Naan though? Meh. More like a bakery roll. Curries saved it though, decent spice. Rice was fine too. Would go back just for the samosas honestly.

Stopped by for a beer and a quick bite. Brewery vibe is legit, not touristy. The beer was solid—probably the best I had in town. Didn't eat much but what I tried was fine. Place gets busy later, so grab a seat early if you can.

The pay-by-weight setup works well here. You can grab a little or a lot, and the price stays fair either way. I had a decent portion with a glass of their house red, which paired nicely with the savory stuff. Not a bad stop if you're in the area and want something quick without overpaying.

The banana cake here is seriously good — moist, not too sweet. Coffee did the job too. Staff were friendly without hovering.

Stopped by for coffee and a pastry. Place was busy but moved quick. Tried their house blend—decent, not too acidic. The apple strudel was solid, flaky without being dry. Service was efficient, no fuss. Prices fair for the area. Wouldn't go out of my way, but fine if you're nearby.

Spaghetti ice cream looked almost too good to eat. Vanilla pushed through that press thing, topped with strawberry sauce and white chocolate shavings. Portion was massive, honestly could've shared it. Tasted better than it looked, which says a lot. Sweet without being cloying. Fine for a quick stop if you're nearby.

The pasta was cooked just right, flavors were on point. Loved that it's on a quiet side street, made the whole meal feel more relaxed.

I had a lovely breakfast experience here. The waitresses were very nice and attentive, and the food was good. It's a nice place to start the day!

The vine-covered courtyard is really something — felt like sitting in a little hidden oasis. Schnitzel was solid, potato salad too. Just a bit out of the way, but that's fine.

The Schweinshaxe during their special period was really good. Crispy skin, tender meat, exactly what you want from a Bavarian place. I went in summer once and it was packed with tourists, but coming back in winter felt completely different. Way more locals, relaxed atmosphere. Food stayed consistent though.

Tucked away in a courtyard, took me a minute to find it. Bathrooms were clean, and it stayed quiet even when busy. Good spot.

Nice little garden in the back. Quiet. Had a coffee and a sandwich, decent enough. Not the cheapest but you pay for the calm. Good spot if you wanna escape the main streets for a bit. Service was fine, nothing special. Would sit outside again.

Stopped by for a late lunch — the Wiener Schnitzel was spot on. Crispy, not greasy, and the meat was tender. Had a Stiegl with it, went down easy. They even brought water for our dog without us asking. Place was busy but we got a table quick. Solid spot if you're in the area.

Been coming here for years - that coal-fired oven makes all the difference. Pasta was cooked right again, staff still friendly. Consistent, which is why I keep going back.

Nice view of the Danube from the terrace. Venison goulash was solid, schnitzel decent too. Service a bit hit or miss though.

We had a fantastic evening with incredibly tender steaks and excellent pizzas. It's great to find such quality dining options!

Came for the schnitzel, left really happy. Service was super friendly, felt like they actually cared. Only wish the place wasn't so packed, but that's probably a good sign.

The staff were friendly and spoke English, so ordering was easy. The hot egg nog was the highlight though — perfect for a chilly evening.

The currywurst was solid and the beer garden had a good vibe. Prices are fair for the central location. Just wish the service was a bit quicker, but I'd stop by again.

Stopped by without a reservation and got lucky with a courtyard table. Pasta and pizza were solid, staff friendly enough. Decent spot if you're in the area.

Nice relaxed spot. Had the veggie option, was pretty good. Service friendly enough. Location's pleasant too.
