The beef tenderloin was spot on, and that cherry mousse with cheese plate ended things nicely. Stockfish was a bit chewy for me, though they did explain the traditional drying process. Cozy spot in the center.

Burgers are solid, chili cheese fries are a big portion. Bar's got a decent beer list too. Shuffleboard's a nice touch.

Chef came out to explain the dishes. Nice touch. Beer on tap was solid, city views at night are great. Make a reservation though.

Small pizza was plenty for two of us. Staff quick and friendly, prices fair for Norway. Just don't over-order like we did 😅

Stopped by for a quick dinner and grabbed a pizza with the thicker crust option. Dough was decent, toppings fresh enough. Waitress was friendly, didn't rush us even though it was busy. Pizza came out hot, which I appreciate. Not the best I've had in town, but solid for a casual night. Prices fair for what you get.

The lamb was the standout — tender, cooked properly, and that black garlic emulsion on the side worked well. Licorice sorbet for dessert surprised me, in a good way. Place was decent overall, though I wouldn’t say it’s a must-visit. Pretty good for a casual dinner, but not somewhere I’d go out of my way for.

Tried this Indian spot in Bodø city center for the first time. The dahl appetizer really stood out, so flavorful. Prices felt fair for what you got. Nothing fancy about the place, but it hit the spot. Would go back if I'm craving Indian again.

The owner actually came over and chatted with us for a bit, gave some tips about the area. Pizza and grilled meats were solid, no complaints there. Place felt pretty local too, which I liked. Only thing is it got a bit busy later in the evening, but that's probably a good sign.

Came here two nights in a row while traveling alone. Staff remembered me the second night, which was nice. Had the grilled fish with vegetables—fish was fresh, not overcooked. They use good olive oil, you can taste it. Portion size was decent for the price. Room was a bit warm but okay.

Small menu but the fish dishes were fresh and portions generous. Risotto was super cheesy, really enjoyed that. Prices run a bit high though. Solid dinner spot in Bodø.

Stumbled into this place and honestly the affogato was the star. Creamy ice cream with just the right amount of espresso poured over. Pastry selection looked solid too but I didn't get past the waffles. Retro milk bar vibe is cute, not trying too hard. Would go back for another one.

We stopped by a few times during our stay. The mycelium pizza was really good, I liked the earthy taste. Breakfast buffet is a bit pricey, but it filled us up before a long day of hiking. The view from the terrace is lovely. Interior has a nice, calm vibe too.

The buffet spread was solid for the price, no complaints there. Staff were nice too. Just a heads up though, the sushi rice leans sweet and the warm dishes were kinda lukewarm when I went. Still, I left full and satisfied. Probably fine if you're not picky about those details.

The kebab pizza was good, but I wished they’d loaded more meat on it. Place was packed, so booking ahead is a must.

The staff here are honestly the best part. Super friendly and one of them even walked us up to the roof to catch the sunset over the town. Such a nice touch. We popped in for a quick drink and ended up staying way longer than planned. Only downside, it got a bit busy later on, but that's on us for lingering 😅

Cozy spot with a fireplace and winter garden. Local craft beer paired well with the meal. Service was efficient, though nothing fancy. Fair for the price.

Stopped by for a quick bite. Pizza crust was properly crispy, that part hit the spot. Staff seemed friendly enough, though one waiter was quicker than the other. Place itself is small but cozy, right in the center. Fine for what it is, nothing fancy.

We’ve been coming here for a while now, and the Pollo Bianco pizza keeps me coming back. This time it was a bit dry, but the flavor was still there. Sat by the water, nice view. Music was louder than I remembered, but didn’t ruin it. Beef and mushroom pasta was decent too, just a little oily. Still our go-to spot.

Came for the buffet and honestly the chicken stole it for me—fresh off the grill and brought right to the table. Lots of sides and sauces to mess around with, which I liked. Server Favas kept things easy. Outdoor seating has a nice view too. Just go hungry, you’ll need the room.

Nice view from the balcony, that's for sure. Food was decent, well seasoned. Service friendly enough. Solid spot if you're in the area.

Stumbled in here more or less by accident. Ended up with a hot cocoa that hit the spot. Place is calm, easy to sit for a bit. Staff were friendly enough, not pushy. Good for a quick break if you're wandering around Bodø. Maybe not a destination, but I'd stop by again.

The fish cakes from the counter are the real deal—super flavorful and still crispy even after I walked around with them for a bit. Staff were friendly too. I grabbed mine to go and ate them by the harbor. Wish there were more of them though, honestly.

The stockfish with homemade mustard was really good. Simple local dish, but the flavor came through strong. Place has that old Norwegian feel to it, kinda charming in a rustic way. Glad I stopped in.
