The staff wrapped our leftovers without us even asking, which I thought was really thoughtful. We were just finishing up and they came over with the box already. Service like that makes a difference. Food was decent too, but honestly the attention to that little detail stuck with me more than anything else.

The ribs were solid, honestly some of the best I’ve had. Steak was cooked right too. Service stayed quick even when it got busy. Portion sizes felt fair for what you pay.

Big portions, and the flavors were solid. I liked that they didn't skimp on the veggies. Just wish the greens had been a bit fresher.

Gluten-free pizza dough that actually holds up? Didn't think I'd find that here. Properly risen, crispy edges, and it didn't taste like cardboard. I had it with a glass of their house red, which worked better than I expected. My only gripe—the crust got a bit soggy toward the middle. Still, for GF options, this is a solid spot.

The terrace view is really something else in summer. Food's typical Slovenian, nothing fancy but it hits the spot. Place handles big groups well.

Room was a bit small but the bed was comfy and the shower worked well. Second floor patio in the back was nice for a quiet evening drink. Location really is the best part though—five minutes from the train station and everything else. Didn't spend much time in the room anyway.

The cheesecake here is seriously good—probably the best I've had in Maribor. Cozy spot, staff was nice. Slightly pricey but I'd still come back for that slice.

Been coming here for a while now. The soups are still solid, especially on a colder day. Portions are decent for the price, nothing fancy but it works. Place gets busy around noon, so you might wait a bit. But for a quick, affordable lunch, it does the job.

The food here is really good, no complaints. Sat by the window and watched the street for a bit, that part was nice. Place gets busy though, so it's not super chill if you want a quiet meal.

The grilled veggie plate was really fresh, nicely seasoned without being heavy. Portion felt a bit small for the price, but the ingredients tasted quality. Good spot if you want something lighter in Maribor.

Loved the outdoor terrace for people-watching. Salmon benedict was solid, lemonade hit the spot. Staff friendly enough.

Decent spot for Serbian barbecue in Maribor. Ćevapčići were solid, rakija list is decent. Service was quick enough for a weekday lunch.

The terrace sits right by the Drava river, which is honestly the main reason I stopped. Menu has photos, super helpful since my Slovenian is basically nonexistent. Paid by card, no issue. Toilets were clean too, always a plus in my book. Didn't try anything crazy, just a coffee and a snack, but the view made it worth it.

Stopped by for lunch and grabbed the zlati lev gajbica. Portion was huge, honestly enough for two adults and a kid. Food's solid and prices are fair. Had a glass of their house wine with it, worked well enough. Place was a bit busy but nothing crazy. Would come back if I'm in the area.

Stopped by for a quick lunch and the chef was really nice, chatted with us a bit while we ordered. Food hit the spot, nothing fancy but tasty. Place is small and the seating is a bit cramped, but it works for a casual bite. Glad we found it while wandering around Maribor.

The wood-fired pizza was solid — crispy base, decent toppings. Liked the garlic and spicy sauces on the side. Price felt fair for the size. Good spot if you're in Lent.

Solid spot for a quick breakfast downtown. Coffee was good, service friendly. Nothing fancy but it does the job.
