Sashimi and local fish in the hotpot were the highlight. Very fresh, good quality. The seafood overall was solid. Service was a bit slow during the dinner rush, but the food itself made up for it. Would go back for the fish.

Great burgers and coffee. The seats are comfy, and there are plenty of power sockets, which I really appreciate. The lunch deal was a bit pricey though.

The fish was served at the perfect temperature. Even the shape of each nigiri felt so precise. You can really sense the attention to detail here.

Fresh crab in winter is a must. Quick and satisfying lunch.

The seasonal tomato vegetable ramen was interesting. Noodles were flat, almost like pasta. Light broth, easy to finish. Not a classic ramen taste, but a decent lunch option near the office.

Tried the Echizen Plate Soba. Five little plates, fun way to eat. Handmade noodles were really good, nice chew to them. Went well with a glass of local sake. Simple and solid.

Tried their local sake tasting set. Had Kokuryu and Bon. Went really well with the sashimi and tempura. Nice little match.

The egg katsudon set was pretty good. The cutlet stayed crispy, and the egg was just runny enough. The portion is decent for the price. It's a solid choice for a quick lunch.

Menu's huge, lots of local stuff like heshiko and crab. The staff actually showed me how to eat the crab properly, which was cool. Just a bit pricey for what you get.

The crab tank at the entrance is a nice touch. You can see them right there, so you know the seafood is fresh. I ordered the grilled crab legs, and they were perfectly simple. Just a bit of salt to highlight the natural sweetness. The freshness really comes through.

The lunch set is 2000 yen. Good selection of sides, and you can choose how you want the egg with your rice. Felt like a balanced meal.

The fish was incredibly fresh, you could really taste the quality. I appreciated that they had a few lighter, steamed options on the menu too. Service was a little slow, but the freshness made up for it.

The soba's firm texture was great. Had it with a glass of chilled sake, a nice pairing for a filling lunch.

The pork cutlet was thin and crispy, just how I like it. But the real winner was the portion size. Got a huge mound of rice with the meal, which really makes the price feel justified. Left feeling very full.

The omakase was solid, and the local sake pairings were a nice touch. Chef's choices really let the seasonal stuff shine.

Booking was thorough, they asked about our kid's age. That made the evening run smoothly. Food was good, service attentive without being overbearing. A solid choice for a family dinner.

The tempura bowl is always crispy. Been coming back for years.

The meat here is so fresh and the colors are just beautiful. We had a great time grilling it ourselves over charcoal with friends. The smoky flavor really makes it special.

Been coming here for years. The pasta is always fresh, and the desserts are simple but good. It's a solid spot for the price, around 3,000 yen. The entrance is a little hidden, but you get used to it.

Been coming here for years, and the grated daikon in the dipping sauce is still the best part of the cold soba.

Been coming here for years, and the oden is always on point. The broth is deep, the daikon melts in your mouth. It's the one thing I order every time, never disappoints.

The shrimp tempura was nice, plump and crispy. The tartar sauce had a good tang. But honestly, after trying it, I still think you have to get the miso katsu. That one just hits different.
