Been coming here for years. Their scrambled eggs are always spot on, and you definitely get your money's worth.

The prawn tempura was light and crisp, and the pork belly just melted. But that sticky toffee pudding... honestly, it was the star. So good I almost ordered another.

Popped in for a Sunday roast. Jade was so nice, really made us feel welcome. The roast itself was spot on, especially the beef - so tender. Good value too. Will definitely come back.

The food is good and the prices are fair. I was pleasantly surprised by their wine list - a solid selection that paired nicely with the spicy dishes.

The staff were really friendly and attentive, even when the place was busy. They kept our water topped up without us having to ask.

The jumbo fish supper is huge, easily enough for two. The batter is light and crisp, the fish inside is flaky and moist. The chips are proper thick-cut and fluffy. Couldn't finish it all, took half home.

Perfect for a quick business lunch. They have a small meeting room and the staff is efficient.

Stopped in for a pint and ended up staying for the music. The folk songs were lovely, and hearing a few in Gaelic was a nice touch. Musicians were clearly into it.

The jumbo haddock was huge, just like the name says. Really fresh, and the batter was crisp without being greasy. Portion was generous for the price. Could have used a bit more seasoning, but that's just me.

A lovely dog-friendly spot. The staff were so thoughtful, bringing water for our pup. Their afternoon tea was nice, but the coffee selection could be a bit more adventurous.

Had a nice, easy dinner here. The staff were really friendly and attentive, which made everything feel relaxed. The portions are generous and everything came out quite quickly. It can get a bit loud, but it's a fun atmosphere overall.

The curry here is something else. It's got this incredible freshness to it, like they just ground the spices. Honestly, one of the best I've had in ages. Staff were really sweet too.

Had the Cullen skink to start, then the roast of the day and sticky toffee pudding. Food was good, portions were decent. The menu is fairly priced and the drinks selection covers the basics. Solid choice for a business lunch in the area.

Solid fish and chips, crispy batter. The spicy wings had a good kick. Service was quick, staff were polite. Decent spot for a straightforward meal.

I was impressed by the quality of the food at The Snowgoose. The beef shin dish was superb, and the friendly service added to the overall enjoyable dining experience.

The apple and cinnamon cake here is a real winner. Moist, with just the right amount of spice. Had it with a pot of tea while looking out at the fields. A lovely, quiet spot for that afternoon break.

The 'Two Main Meals' deal was a solid choice. The portions were actually pretty generous for the price, which I always appreciate. Food arrived quickly too. No complaints on that front.

Lovely spot in Strathpeffer. The indoor seating area is so cosy, with these big, comfy chairs by the window. Perfect for settling in with a coffee and just watching the world go by for a bit. The outdoor bit looked nice too, but I was happy inside.

Popped in for a late bite after the pub. The doner calzone hit the spot – warm, cheesy, and the meat was nicely seasoned. Just what you need at that hour. Quick service, too.

Popped in for a coffee to wait out the rain. The staff were so friendly, really made the stop nice.

Loved the vibe here, so cosy and relaxed. Had the smashed avo on sourdough with poached eggs - really hit the spot. The cakes on display looked incredible too. Just a nice place to be.

Got the chilli garlic chicken and sag aloo for takeaway. The ginger and garlic in the chicken really came through, and the parathas were perfectly crispy. They threw in an extra paratha and a papadum, which was a nice touch. Portions are huge, definitely got two meals out of it!

The 'power hungry' cocktail was lovely. Service was friendly and prompt, which made for a very relaxed evening. The seats were quite comfortable too.

Been coming here for years. The place is genuinely accessible, which matters. They’ve got proper wheelchair parking and the tables are spaced out well. Makes it easy for everyone to get settled.

Lovely spot by the marina. The slow-braised ox cheek was incredible, so tender it just fell apart. The scallop on top was a perfect match. Really enjoyed the light, airy dining room too.

Staff were friendly and efficient. Service wasn't the quickest, but you can tell they're focused on getting the food right, not rushing it out. Good for a business lunch where you have a bit of time.

Stopped here for a quick lunch off the A9. Good parking. Menu had a decent spread, from full breakfasts to lighter bites. Service was efficient, got my order sorted quickly. A solid, convenient option for a motorway break.

Stumbled in on Valentine's, last table free. Josh was helpful with the menu, no rush. Food was solid. Good spot when you're in the area.
