The food was amazing, staff were polite and friendly Food arrived quickly I would rate our food as excellent. We even got the table I requested.

100/100 for food, environment and services.Surprisingly good. We have read the review before come, portions looks small. Turnout portion is big and taste good. Love my freshly made fish and chips.Quiet and relaxing place.

The setting of the restaurant is ideal just off St Pauls Square so an older part of Birmingham.Car parking is located just round the corner which is a secure NCp car park.The Restaurant is modern and the ambience is  lovely and ideal for couple dinner date.The booking process is easy and efficient and reception at the restaurant friendly and welcoming.The waitress staff are also efficient and friendly.The food is served without too much of a wait and it is delicious and there is excellent portions.The menu provides perfect choice with options for those with dietary requirements.All in all l feel it is an ideal restaurant for visitors to Birmingham and provides excellent value for money.

We booked for 12:30 thinking it would be quieter than 1&hellip; absolutely manic but the service was quick and the food was great.  Had a short wait in a queue for the carvery but it was worth it.  Food extremely fresh and staff busy swapping stuff over for freshly made food.Despite the business no issues and served good food quickly.  Pudding and bottomless drinks also great.They didn&rsquo;t actually have our Fork booking but got us in. No fault of the Fork - Toby had booked us somewhere miles away&hellip;

Cracking little find. Wanted something close to De Montfort Hall and this little gem did not disappoint. Welcomed by friendly and attentive staff, served with really decent quality food in good time and in a tastefully furnished area of the restaurant with a nice ambience.We will certainly be returning in the future.

I have been coming to The Packe Arms for years.  The service, food and atmosphere is always top notch.  This time I had Beetroot Arancini on a bed of rainbow cousous, classic fish and chips (super fresh, chunky fish and crispy batter) and the mini pud and hot drink combo which is a great idea if you haven&#39;t got room for a full sized pudding.  The new range of alcohol free drinks are also great.  I had elderflower and mint.

Really good food.  Each dish was a joy.The flavours were fantastic.  Best Naan bread I have ever had.Service friendly and efficient.Can&#39;t wait to come back to Birmingham so I can make a return visit.

Excellent choice of side dishes available and I thought I&#39;d never finish my plateful, but I did because it was all really delicious. I especially like the macaroni cheese. Our waitress was above and beyond efficient and is at a standard to be strived for. I wonder if they&#39;re all like her in Runcorn!

The booking was made for 8:30 but the restaurant didn&#39;t open until 9 , but they served us anyway which was great, the breakfast was very good 100% visit again

We went for Sunday Lunch, which was excellent, reasonably priced, great quality, relaxed atmosphere.  Highly recommended and will be going back soon.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food at Malmaison. The fillet steak was cooked to perfection and the service was top-notch!

A wonderful location for a Birthday party , the food selection was great with true Chinese fayre. Restaurant mainly frequented by Chinese locals but all are welcome. Atmosphere was brilliant, can&rsquo;t wait to go again.

This Harvester location is a gem! The festive menu was delightful, especially the turkey cooked to perfection. Zoie provided brilliant service throughout our meal.

Booked this for afternoon tea for the 2 of us, honestly was such good hospitality and service was not disappointed, also more then pleased with the afternoon tea. Can not fault them on anything. Will be visiting again soon
