That Michelin-recommended skewers restaurant isn't really frequented by locals. However, their tripe is undeniably fresh; a quick dip in and out of the broth seven or eight times results in the perfect texture – no doubt about it.

This place has so many kinds of skewers! I came with friends and the freezer was packed full. The beef and tripe were all so fresh. We grabbed a huge bunch for just over 100 yuan, which was a great deal! We had so much fun eating and chatting, haha!

There are many kinds of skewers. Beef rolls with cilantro and pineapple beef are must-orders, they are crisp, tender and very fragrant.
