The fried dough sticks were fried to perfection, with a crispy outer layer and a slightly chewy interior. Crucially, the oil used was fresh; there was practically no excess oil left on the plate after eating, which is quite rare. It's recommended to eat them while they're hot, as the taste deteriorates when they cool down.

The sugar cookies were baked to perfection, crisp and slightly sweet. They were delightful to bite into, not cloying at all. Paired with a cup of hot tea, they were incredibly relaxing.

I've tried many roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) before, but this one is truly crispy; it crumbles with every bite. The meat looks like pork hock, stewed until very tender and not chewy. I recommend eating it while it's hot; the texture deteriorates significantly when it's cold.
