This beef brisket noodle shop has a truly authentic, old-fashioned flavor. The broth is rich and flavorful, and the beef brisket is stewed until tender. The fried egg with the snail rice noodles must be eaten while it's hot; soaking it in the broth and letting it absorb all the flavor is incredibly satisfying! I recommend adding a grilled sausage; it's especially delicious when eaten with the noodles.

Sitting by the window and slowly enjoying a bowl of hot rice noodles is very comforting, and it has a more authentic, homey feel than the packaged noodles I usually cook myself.

This shop's snail rice noodles are just my type. The rice noodles are soft yet chewy, the broth is rich and flavorful, and the extra spicy one is really satisfyingly spicy. After eating it, I felt warm all over. Sitting by the window, slowly slurping my noodles and watching the street scene, I felt completely relaxed.
