The sesame sauce liangpi (cold skin noodles) is absolutely amazing! The homemade chili oil is so fragrant; after mixing it, every strand of liangpi is coated in sauce, it smells incredible 😭 It's not oily at all, and the free pickled vegetables are sour and crunchy, which really cuts through the richness! You can eat your fill for just 15 yuan per person, which is perfect for us students haha!

Wow, this place has so many kinds of liangpi (cold skin noodles)! Pure sesame sauce, secret-recipe chili oil, and even a four-in-one! I was torn for ages, haha! In the end, I ordered the secret-recipe chili oil, and that chili oil was absolutely amazing, so fragrant! The liangpi was also incredibly smooth, and I just couldn't stop eating it! 😋

I always loved the liangpi (cold skin noodles) when I came here before, and this time I tried the fried noodles, which were indeed authentic. There's a reason they have so many regular customers; I suggest you give it a try.
