This restaurant has given Sichuan cuisine a Baoding flavor, which is quite interesting. I specifically researched it; their Kung Pao Chicken uses local sweet bean sauce and the spiciness is toned down, making it more suitable for northern palates. If you're looking to order something, I recommend trying the boiled pork slices; the pork slices are marinated with Sichuan peppercorns beforehand, giving them a more intense numbing and fragrant flavor.
I was in the area on business and tried this restaurant on the way. The location is easy to find; it's just west of the south gate of Jingxiu Park, east of the geriatric hospital. If you're driving, I suggest parking directly in front of the restaurant; don't try to squeeze into the narrow alleys next to it. I've learned that the wrong way before—those alleys are too narrow and hard to get out of.
I visited this restaurant before and found their fried rice to be exceptionally generous. A serving costs just over twenty yuan, and they give you a good amount of diced meat and shrimp, unlike some places that only put in a few pieces. I suggest you try adding an egg when you order; it'll be even more delicious.
