You can order either lamb skewers or lamb tendons without hesitation. The portion of tripe served with dipping sauce is quite generous; they give a lot of tripe, and it's very flavorful.

The roasted pigeon and fried pork belly were alright, and they went quite well with a large keg of Tsingtao fresh beer.
