Great service by a generally young, enthusiastic team.Well priced wine for the quality at a very sensible mark-up.We can’t fault the food and it was very consistent across a variety of dishes. We would definitely recommend as a great local business to support.

Nice spot for a quiet drink. The bar itself is spotless, and the staff were really on it despite the crowd. Had a decent glass of red with my steak - a solid pairing. Could do with a few more interesting wines by the glass, but it did the job.

The room was so spacious and clean, just what I needed. It's a busy pub downstairs, but honestly, you wouldn't know it up here. So quiet. A really comfy spot to unwind.

The afternoon tea was lovely. I really appreciated how fresh the sandwich fillings were, and the scones were still warm. A proper treat.

Been coming here for years, and the fish and chips are always spot on. Same crispy batter, same flaky cod. It's just a solid, dependable meal every single time. That consistency is why we keep coming back.

Been coming here for years, prices are still decent. Had the burger again last night, it's always solid. Staff are quick, and they'll tell you a bit about the area if you ask. Nothing fancy, just a reliable spot.

As someone with food intolerances, their accommodation was spot on. The dishes were incredible, honestly one of the best meals I've had.

Been coming here for years, and the pizzas are always spot on. The base is just right – not too doughy, holds up well. The four cheese and pepperoni are my go-to. Just wish they'd keep napkins stocked for the outdoor tables, that's all.

Busy Saturday night, but they squeezed us in. Staff were really friendly. Food was lovely, especially the lamb shank. It was pretty loud with the crowd, but we could still chat. Good spot for a casual dinner.

The roast beef sandwich was really tasty, the beef was tender and the bread fresh. Portion was generous with a nice side salad. Owners were lovely, made us feel welcome. A solid lunch spot.

Lovely spot for a quiet lunch. I really appreciated the freshness of the ingredients in my salad, everything tasted just-picked. The location is nice for a stroll around the local shops afterwards.

A lovely old pub with a menu that really caters to gluten-free needs. The gluten-free fish and chips I had were spot on – the batter was crisp and light, and the fish itself tasted incredibly fresh. It's nice to have such a thoughtful selection.

Been coming here for years. The seafood salad's always solid, good chunks of mackerel pâté, decent smoked salmon and prawns. Fresh, simple, no fuss. It's my usual starter.

Really liked the pet-friendly vibe here, and it's just a short walk from the beach. The staff were all lovely. My steak was cooked just right, which was nice.

Loved the outdoor seating, loads of space. They still had a great selection of cakes even though we arrived quite late. The staff were really on it.

A real find in Bridgwater. The vibe was just lovely - soft lighting, those little candles on the tables. It felt cosy and unhurried. Staff were really friendly too. Food came out quickly and looked beautiful on the plate.

Been back a few times for the pizza. It's the real deal, thin base with that proper chewy crust. Tastes just like the ones we had in Naples last year. Staff are lovely, never feel rushed.

Great spot after a coastal walk. The fish stew was hearty, with a rich tomato base and fresh mussels. Service was friendly, though a bit slow when they got busy. Nice, relaxed vibe by the water.

A nice, cosy pub. The staff were very friendly, let us have our own snacks and helped us set up the pool table. Made for a pleasant, relaxed evening.

Nice spot for a drink after work. The local beer selection is solid, and the outdoor seating is a plus when the weather's good. Gets a bit crowded on weekends, but that's expected. Good for a quick pint.

A bit pricey, but you can taste the quality. That gorgonzola tagliatelle was the star for me - the pasta was spot on and the sauce so creamy.

The carvery had a nice selection of vegetables today, all very fresh and not overcooked. The roast potatoes were crispy on the outside, which I really appreciate. Good to see some healthier sides available alongside the meats.

Popped in for a quick bite, ended up staying a while. The place has a nice, relaxed vibe. Ordered the pasta - portion was huge, couldn't finish it all. Staff were really friendly, no rush at all.

Nice spot for a pre-Christmas prosecco. A bit pricey for the pour, but a good break from shopping.

Been coming here for years, it’s a proper local spot. The owners always remember you. Menu’s simple but they do a solid roast on Sundays. Portions are decent, nothing fancy. Just a reliable meal.

Love that they're so welcoming to dogs! Our pup got a little bowl of meat, which was such a nice surprise. Made it feel really relaxed for our group. The vibe is perfect for a casual catch-up with friends.

The staff were so kind when we left something behind. They posted it back to us and wouldn’t accept any extra payment.

The arcade and pool tables are a nice touch. Their craft beer selection was a pleasant surprise for a place like this.

Elle was so kind and attentive. She remembered our drink order from last time and even brought an extra side of bread without us asking. Just really nice service that made the whole meal better.
