The location of the hotel and the room view were very good, but the cleanliness of the rooms and the replenishment of toiletries needed more attention, and we should have reminded them to take care of this. Also, the breakfast menu was quite ordinary.

Location is very good! Beautiful views from rooftop and from breakfast cafe. Customer service is good, bellman was very helpful. Everything was good except the neighboring room, the walls are very thin and we could hear their TV the whole time making sleeping difficult for us. Not the guests fault they can do whatever in their room, the hotel needs better soundproofing between walls as we could both sides. May have just been our room. Other than that, housekeeping was lovely and the breakfast spread was delicious too.

Let me start with some positives - First the staff are friendly and attentive. The beach area is great with a nice bar. The location is easy to find opposite the Zeus cave entrance, and has a dolmus (minibus) that goes to kusadasi ever 30-40mins (cost 46tl (2024)). The cake selection is good as well, they may have someone who specialises in desserts on site. The negatives - The drink sizes are tiny, seriously tiny small plastic cups which I understand is to reduce wastage but as a guest I don't want to visit the bar area 2-3 times to quench my thirst. Note beer sizes appear decent so if you don't drink alcohol don't bother with here. - food wish alot the dishes are the same day in day out, I liked a few but still variety keeps customers happy. - entertainment is focused couples and the same thing over and over so lack variety here too. The staff truly do try. Overall I had more expectations, the hotel most probably needs better management as the staff appear eager to help.

I stayed at this hotel for a day after a cruise, and it was a truly satisfying experience at a very reasonable price. Even though I arrived earlier than the check-in time, the staff kindly assisted me with early check-in. Breakfast was available from 7 AM to 2 PM, allowing for a leisurely meal, and the food was always well-prepared. I was especially touched that they even provided a complimentary lunch during check-in. The staff were very helpful in calling a taxi for me, and the overall service was excellent. The view from my room window was also incredibly beautiful! This is definitely a hotel I would love to visit again.

We found this hotel last minute and I am so glad we did. It was brilliant in every way! The staff, the room, the views, location and wow the variety of food available at the buffet was exceptional! It was a luxury very of a buffet where they also had a cooking station that changed each day/night. Erdem Bey and Hayati Bey looked after this and their service was next level. We met so many people that have come back to this resort for 15+ years and I can see why. Thank you

Checked in at dusk, and was shocked by the sunset over the sea outside the floor-to-ceiling balcony as soon as I entered the door. Very beautiful sea view. The hotel service is good and the facilities are complete. There are kettles, toothbrushes, etc. The room is large and the bedding is comfortable. It is the most satisfactory hotel in the four-day trip to Türkiye.

The location is excellent, a 15-minute walk to Ladies Beach, just off the bustling city center. The hotel is beautiful and clean, just like the photos, and the breakfasts are delicious. We really enjoyed everything, but it would be nice if they offered more drinks with the breakfasts; they only offer tea and water.

Quality hotel. Especially for the price we got at the time of booking its totally worth it with room, food, thermal pool etc. Only sadly the indoor pools and gym were closed for renovation or so when we were there. Location could be better but they have a really nice private beach reachable via shuttle bus .

The hotel is a few minutes from the ladies Beach. The room was quiet and small, but sufficient. There was delicious breakfast in a beautiful garden. In the bathroom the water did not run out of the shower, so the floor was always wet. The rooms were closed with a key, which was also for the electricity supply. It had to get out of the room door and could not open it quickly in the emergency.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Eliada Hotel. The location is truly excellent – as soon as you step out of the hotel, you're right in the heart of the city. Restaurants, shops, and Bar Street are all conveniently within walking distance. Getting there by car was a bit challenging due to the very central location, but once you arrive, you're directly in the center and won't need a car afterward. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained. While the decor is a bit older, it's perfectly fine, and everything was tidy. The entire hotel team was very friendly, helpful, and genuinely made an effort to ensure guests felt comfortable. The breakfast was varied and delicious – a great start to the day. Rooms on the street side can be a bit noisy due to their proximity to Bar Street. However, we had a room at the back of the hotel and enjoyed a very quiet and excellent night's sleep there. Overall, we can happily recommend this hotel due to its central location, cleanliness, friendly staff, and good breakfast. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
