We took a ferry from Stockholm to reach Visby on Gotland Island! 🚢 My first impression was that it’s such a peaceful and calm town. We stayed at the Best Western Solhem Hotel. A cute stuffed sheep was waiting to welcome us in our room 🐑. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast buffet was a great value and delicious ♩. Afterward, we explored the whole town. I walked all over the place just to find the chair featured on the cover of the album "Elma" by my favorite artist, Yorushika. The scenery on this island, which is famously a real-life inspiration for the Ghibli film "Kiki's Delivery Service," was absolutely breathtaking. It was also so charming to see sheep statues every time I turned a corner ♡. We were able to enter St. Mary's Cathedral for free, where the bells chimed every 30 minutes.
