The hotel was refurbished a years back and look decent and well maintained. Highly recommend and always be my choice when I stay in Kuantan.

We booked a beachfront resort, Hyatt Regency Kuantan Resort. Kuantan is known for its beautiful beaches, so why not stay at a beachfront resort? My family and I enjoyed the stunning views and relaxed by the beach.
The famous Teluk Cempedak is just next to the hotel. There are plenty of activities to enjoy, such as swimming, surfing, and beach volleyball. We like to take a stroll along the beach and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Don't forget to visit the beautiful beachfront Starbucks.
Local attractions include Kuantan 188 Tower, where you can enjoy the panaromic view of the city and Kuantan River, and also the beautiful Sultan Ahmad Shah State Mosque. It is a must-visit for anyone interested in Islamic architecture. The mosque has a stunning design and is a peaceful place to visit. There are also other must visit attractions such as Dinosaur Encounter Park and Mini Zoo, and Chinese Taosim Temple.
Perhaps many might not know Kuantan is famous for its delicious local food, such as Nasi Dagang, Laksa, Satay and also Chinese cuisine. I had the best curry noodles ever in Kuantan! Make sure to try these dishes at local restaurants or food stalls.

Ambiance/Facilities - Ideal place to bring your families to relax and picnic. The water is clean and cool. For kids, they can swim at the lower end of the stream and adults can go near the waterfall parts.
Highlights - It is a beautiful view of the waterfall. no hiking is required. Parking is very convenient. A suitable place for a picnic with family. There are also many food vendors here.

We start our expedition to waterfall at 6am using 4x4, every vehicle can bring only 4 person and its recommended to book by group of 4 including kids. Price range rm70-100 per person.
U will arrive at waterfall at 9am, instead of that.. There were so many beautiful view u can capture during the trip. We went back to sungai lembing at 11 and arrived at 1pm
After noon activities... Rest or visit sungai lembing museum ( history of mining)
Extra info.. Do you know sungai lembing mining profit can bare all cost for England nation in 1900..

We had a great stay at Hyatt Regency Kuantan Resort. The stunning resort is located on the beautiful Teluk Cempedak beachfront. Every morning, I love to take a relaxing stroll on the beach, seeing the boats and listening to the sound of waves. All the staff were so friendly and always had a smile. I also like the delicious breakfast buffet with traditional local kuih muih nicely presented on woven baskets. It brought back my childhood memories. My grandma is Nyonya, and she always made delicious snacks for us. The famous glass ceiling Starbuck is just within 2 minutes walking distance. Great to grab a cup of coffee and have a cozy afternoon. Or had a McDonald ice cream next door. A simple slow-paced life is always my dream holiday.

This is one of the perfect place to be! I love the place so much especially because of the beautiful sceneries. Got access to the Teluk Cempedak Beach.
However, i think the room smaller compared to the price I’ve paid. But still satisfying with the environment! The pool also big and suitable for family

It was a very wonderful and relaxing trip for me and my small family and we love this hotel so much due to the beach that is so beautiful, crystal clear water ,easy access and serenade.
Located on the stunning beachfront of Teluk Cempedak whic is within the proximity to Kuantan city, capital of Pahang. Hyatt Regency Kuantan Resort is the perfect place for making meaningful memories that last a lifetime.
For the room it is spacious and we had choosen the one facing the ocean, so that we can see the sunrise and set through out our window with the spectacular panoramic. The hotel is so beautiful situated on a beautiful stretch of white sandy beach.
Morning is the best, where we can enjoy breakfast, where the dining is facing the beach, and make sure you come earlier for the breakfast in order to enjoy the beautiful sunrise! the dining starting from 6.30 am till 10.30 am.
This hotel and destination is perfect for a single traveler who just want to rest and relax and also for family whereby kids will love the pool and having fun at the beautiful white sandy beach.
Food wise if you don’t want to order from the hotel cafe, you can opt for food from other places. Just a short walk next door to KFC, McD , Starbucks or other local food.
We are truely appriciate the outstanding customer service that Hyatt’s staff have been very attentive and helpful. Their kind gesture and hospitality has always been beyond satisfaction. I personally have a special request for my anniversary and its was so happy when they had gave me a special cake for that. I truly feel like a guest and not just a regular customer so hats off to your team.
So Overall, we simply love this beach front hotel because it is accomodative with a friendly staffs, nice comfortable room, beautiful sea view and lovely breakfast spread facing the sea. It is consider one of the most beautiful beaches that I have seen before where the water looks so crystal clear and free from polutions. We will definitely come here again when it is off monsoon season.

Bukit Galing merupakan kawasan yang menjadi tumpuan orang ramai yang terdiri daripada warga tempatan mahupun warga asing. Proses pendakian mengambil masa kira-kira sejam untuk sampai ke puncak yang tertinggi.
Untuk sampai ke puncak Bukit Galing iaitu setinggi 296 meter, para pengunjung perlu berhadapan dengan kawasan yang curam semasa menaiki & menuruni bukit. Pemandangan yang boleh dilihat dari sekitar puncak Bukit Galing ialah pemandangan Bandar Kuantan yang sangat menarik.
Selain menyaksikan keindahan pemandangan yang menarik, kesihatan juga dapat dijaga kerana proses pendakian bukit tersebut merupakan aktiviti senaman yang baik kerana dapat mengeluarkan peluh disamping dapat mengurangkan tekanan serta membina stamina yang baik.

1) Hiking at Bukit Panorama 🧗🏻♂️
- Pendakian bermula pada jam 6.30 pagi, hajat nak tengok sunrise tapi apakan daya boleh pula tiba lambat di tempat kejadian (sob sob). Jam 7.00 am dah sampai puncak, boleh tahan ramailah. Kalau korang nak elak orang ramai, boleh try pi hiking pada waktu bekerja. Btw ketinggian Bukit Panorama dalam 271 M aje. Jangan risau Bukit ini tak mencabar dan sesuai untuk beginner macam Faiz. Ni kali yang ke-2 Faiz mendaki di Bukit Panorama. Waktu kali pertama mendaki Faiz pergi pada jam 6.00 pm. Great experience sebab dapat tengok Bandar Sungai Lembing pada waktu malam. Manakala pada waktu pagi korang dapat tengok sunrise serta awan karpet semestinya pemandangan yang sangat indah.
2) Melawat Muzium Sungai Lembing 🎭🎟
- Tiket masuk Rm2, opens everyday from 9.00 am - 5.00 pm. Pameran di Muzium Sungai Lembing tidak jauh bezanya daripada muzium-muzium lain. Banglo dua tingkat yang dijadikan muzium ini membuka tirai dengan sejarah asal-usul nama Sungai Lembing itu sendiri, sejarah mengenai Tok Tangguk atau Wan Mohamad yang merupakan tokoh perintis dalam pembukaan dan perlombongan Sungai Lembing, kisah kegemilangan dan kejatuhan Sungai Lembing sebagai kawasan perlombongan bijih timah serta peristiwa-peristiwa penting yang tercatat dalam sejarah bandar ini. Secara keseluruhan, walaupun muzium ini tidak besar, saya merasakan pameran yang disediakan sangat menarik dan informatif.
