One of the three major temples, Wat Phra Kaew (The Emerald Temple)
The entrance fee is 500 baht (about 2,000 yen), which is quite expensive for traveling in Thailand, but it's still a classic spot, so it's a place you'll want to visit at least once🏛️
From the center of Bangkok, it's about 20 to 30 minutes by taxi.
From Khao San Road, it's about 5 minutes by car.
Since it's away from the station, it's recommended to either take a taxi from your accommodation or join a temple tour and go around while listening to the history from a guide.
The grounds are spacious, and it's a must to look for photogenic spots and take pictures📸
It's very hot during the day, so don't forget to bring a parasol, sunscreen, and stay hydrated💦

The lotus season is from December to early February each year, so be careful⚠️
Also, the blooming time is from about 6 am to 10 am, so it is recommended to go early in the morning!

From the center of Udon Thani to the lotus lake, it takes about 40 minutes by car🚗
If you don't have a car, it's a good idea to book a tour in advance or arrange a shuttle at your hotel!
Once you arrive at the lotus lake, a boat is essential.
A 5-person boat costs 500 baht (about 2,000 yen), or a 2-person boat for 300 baht (about 1,200 yen).
The boat is rowed by the staff, so you can relax🎵
The pond is very large, so they take you around slowly for about an hour.
The movement is intermittent, stopping here and there for photo opportunities🛶
The photos may not do it justice, but the lake full of lotuses is truly a breathtaking sight✨✨
Definitely a recommended spot for your trip to Thailand!
※In Thailand, you can often get by with just a T-shirt and shorts, but if you go here early in the morning, it can be chilly, so be sure to wear a jacket or something similar, and long pants instead of shorts☺️
Organic Market Chinchai Market
It is possible to walk from the old city of Chiang Mai, but there are fierce-looking dogs on the way, so it is recommended to come by taxi.
It is a fashionable market where shops selling organic food and craft products are available.
The price range is on the higher side, but it is recommended for searching for Chiang Mai-like products and souvenirs.
There were many products with cute packaging that would make for appreciated gifts.
There was no event when I went, but it seems like it would be more lively if there was an event.
A Temple Near the Nimmanhaemin Area
It's a bit of a distance from the Nimmanhaemin area, but it's a temple you can even walk to.
There are many white objects, and it was beautiful.
Also, you can often see airplanes taking off from the airport, so I think it's a hidden gem for those who want to see airplanes.
You have to take off your shoes to enter the temple.
The inside is spacious, glittering, and luxurious. The decorations are impressive, and the Buddha statues are large and impactful. There were also many small Buddha statues around the main Buddha statue.
I recommend visiting it along with Nimmanhaemin.
【Koh Larn】A resort accessible from the outskirts of Pattaya, Bangkok.
Recommended island getaway near Bangkok "Koh Larn"🏝️
From Bangkok's Ekkamai Bus Terminal to Pattaya, it takes about 2 to 2 and a half hours by bus.
From Pattaya's bus terminal to the port for Koh Larn, it's about a 20-minute ride by Grabtaxi, motorbike taxi, or songthaew.
From the port, you can reach Koh Larn by speedboat or large ferry.
If you take the speedboat, it's about 15 to 20 minutes.
The large ferry takes about 40 minutes.
*The speedboat can be quite bumpy, so if you're prone to seasickness, it's advisable to take some anti-nausea medication beforehand.
On Koh Larn, it's recommended to rent a bike and explore the island!
It's recommended to stay for 1 to 2 nights if possible, but if you're short on time, a day trip from Bangkok is also OK🙆♂️🙆♀️

I moved from Phuket Town by rental bike, it feels good to move, I was such wind😆
At Cape Panwa area, hotels occupied the beach so it's not like for swimming area.
You can just take a walk along the sea, it's good enough to see the view☺️
It's a little regretful to know after traveling that there is an aquarium 😂
