Dhaka Regency Hotel in Bangladesh Dhaka
Dhaka Regency is a 5 star hotel located just 5 minutes away from Dhaka Airport. I stayed there for 3 nights costing me £110 a night.
I checked into the hotel after a 11 hour flight but as soon as I walked into the hotel I was mesmerized by the excellent customer service and look of the hotel. Check in was really simple and when I got to the room I couldn't believe the size of the room, it was like a mini apartment. The room had a nice comfortable King bed, a sofa/chair, a work table and the toilet, bath and shower where of very high quality.
Regarding the customer service I called the reception asking for a iron and within 2 minutes someone came knocking on my room door, when I opened it the hotel worker asked what I needed ironing and he took my clothing and returned 10 minutes later with my clothes ironed. I also asked the reception wheres the best place for my to buy a luggage, the worker came with me to a local shop negotiated the price for me and at the end of the sale the hotel worker told me he would leave the luggage in my room and I can carry on exploring the city and there is no need for me to carry the new luggage back to my room. Out of all the hotels I have stayed in around the world the customer service at this hotel has been the best and I have not found any hotel yet that could match it
The hotel has a roof top swimming pool and you will also find a BBQ next to it where you can buy food and enjoy the wonderful views of Dhaka from the roof. Also regarding food the hotel restaurant had wonderful food it consisted of Bangladeshi food aswell as western food, I opted for the Bangladeshi food and I can say it was excellent and you could tell it was really fresh.
Next time I visit Dhaka this is the only place I would consider staying in.#dhaka #bangladesh #hotel #5star #resort

Rickshaw ride in Sreemangal 🛺
When visiting Sreemangal let yourself involved in their lifestyle. Forget about fancy cars and jump in their traditional rickshaws. A rickshaw originally denoted a two- or three-wheeled passenger cart, now known as a pulled rickshaw, in the past generally they were pulled by one person carrying one passenger, now days this vehicles have an engine and can carry even three people.
Some rickshaws are beautifully decorated and convenient to travel for short distances.
We used Rickshaw to go everywhere, they are affordable and you can field the nice breeze. I would not recommend this for vary long distances or if your luggages are extremely big.

Going to the beach and walking along the sea is definitely a good way to recharge batteries and getting all the sun we missed in winter. The sand is soft so you feel you are walking on Powder.
You can also take a trail to go uphill, The beach looks nice from the top as it can be seen in my pictures.so climb the hill for birds eye view.
After the visit, you can also enjoy some shopping or they have some vendor selling souvenirs. Make sure you are not wearing bikinis or any kind of small swimsuit (This applies for men and women).

Cox’s Bazar Beach
Cox's Bazar Beach is probably the most famous and visited place in the city of Chittagong. It is the longest natural sea beach in the world running 120 kilometres.
This landmark is far from the nearest city, you must arrange a private driver to get there.
There are hotels, resorts, guest houses and restaurants around the beach which is convenient for dinner and refreshments. It is more comfortable to visit this place in the morning or late afternoon as the weather is quite hot.
Do not miss out the sunsets in this place. The yellow-reddish colours are fantastic, it is a show in the sky every night so find your favourite spot on the beach and do not forget a refreshing drink (alcohol is forbidden). Women must be dressed appropriately with no revealing clothes and shoulder should be covered.

The Meghna is one of the major rivers in Bangladesh, one of the three that form the Ganges Delta, the largest delta on earth, which fans out to the Bay of Bengal. A part of the Surma-Meghna River System, the Meghna is formed inside Bangladesh in Kishoreganj District above the town of Bhairab Bazar by the joining of the Surma and the Kushiyara, both of which originate in the hilly regions of eastern India as the Barak River.
