The Geoparque de Granada in Andalucía is one of Europe's least affected landscapes by human activity, boasting Europe's most extensive collection of Quaternary vertebrate fossils, cave dwellings, and iconic wastelands. It is also one of Spain's best spots for stargazing, with Turismo Astronómico de Granada offering nighttime experiences like stargazing and hot air balloon flights over the park.
🦅 Parque Nacional y Natural de Doñana
#ParqueNacionalyNaturalDeDoñana #Andalucia #Biodiversity
Situated on the Atlantic coast of Andalucía, Parque Nacional y Natural de Doñana is one of Europe's most biologically diverse natural conservation areas. Explore its shifting dunes, plains, and swamps on foot, horseback, or by SUV, and witness waterbirds feeding and nesting during spring and summer. With luck, you might even spot the Iberian lynx, the world's most endangered cat and Europe's largest native cat, roaming in the pine forests and thickets.
Gentle giants
One of the most memorable experiences we had in South Africa was when we visited Addo National Elephant Park. This park is the 3rd largest National park in South Africa. Although there are tour guides that can take you on the safari with their vehicles, we opted to drive through the game park by ourselves. Seeing so many different wildlife up close is truly a magical experience. Especially seeing the elephants, you truly feel a little bit more connected to nature. Addo was awesome, we’d go back there in a heart beat!#Addonationalelephantpark #localguides #southafrica #wildlife #Nationalparks #elephants

A place to unwind, relax, and breathe of fresh air after a hectic week in this very urbanized city. Some patrons do they brisk~walking, jogging, bike riding on the stretch of the bay while the sun sets around 6 in the evening. ❤️
