Dumbo magic view
Dumbo, an acronym for Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass, is one of Brooklyn's most visited neighborhoods, attracting visitors with its cobblestone streets, dramatic architecture, great dining and dreamy views across the river.
It's a good starting point as you can wander around to Dumbo's little park that nestles under the Manhattan Bridge the Brooklyn Bridge Park.
If you are looking to capture some great photos you need to visit early in the morning to beat the crowds, preferably before 9am. We headed over after our morning visit to Grand Bazaar NYC, so it was around midday. There are huge crowds in the daytime, however most people tend to group at the intersection.
The movie is often quite sad, and there are some emotionally intense and heartbreaking scenes that might really upset young and/or sensitive viewers. This is why it's unsuitable for children under 5 years, and we recommend parental guidance for children aged 5-7 years.
Flatbush Avenue is the world famous main Street of Brooklyn. Starts by the Manhattan Bridge and runs south to the Rockaway Peninsula. So many restaurants, stores, and landmarks along the way, including King's Plaza Mall.

Endicott Arm and Dawes Glacier
Most first-time Alaskan cruisers probably choose the Glacier Bay cruise, but we heard it can be difficult to see the glaciers there, so we chose the Endicott Arm and Dawes Glacier cruise on the Discovery Princess - no regrets. The captain brought us pretty close to the Dawes Glacier early in the morning (~5-6am). We spent some time admiring the beautiful glacier nestled in the mountains while surrounded by floating ice chunks and ribbon waterfalls. These areas cannot be accessed by land, so we’re glad we managed to see this area on the cruise.

Skagway
Visiting Skagway is like going back in time to the gold-rush era. Not far from the cruise ship terminal is Broad Street, where there are restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops, and plenty of gem shops. The small town is part of the Klondike Gold Rush National Historic Park and offers excursions on the White Pass and Yukon Route Railroad and gold-panning experiences. We didn’t have time to do a full excursion but strolled around this quaint gold-rush town, picked up some souvenirs, and grabbed some food from local food trucks.

Juneau and Mendenhall Glacier
Juneau is the capital of Alaska and a bigger city in the southern part of the state. We arrived at the cruise ship terminal and took a short walk to the downtown Transit Center bus station and hopped on a bus towards Mendenhall Glacier. The glaciers are always changing and shifting (now at a faster pace due to climate change). The park surrounding Mendenhall has a waterfall (Nugget Falls) and hiking trails as well. We took the same bus back downtown and walked around the city, grabbed some food to warm us up from the cold rain.

Alaska’s First City
Ketchikan is sometimes referred to as Alaska’s first city. It is a common port for Alaskan cruises, and there are some walking trails and entertainment near the cruise ship terminal. We walked to Creek Street, which has a lot of shops and some cafes and restaurants serving local eats (e.g. crab, salmon, reindeer jerky). A popular attraction is the Alaskan Lumberjack show. It was pouring rain while we were there, but that’s typical Alaskan weather, so wearing layers and waterproof clothing and shoes are important for this excursion.

visit the Capitol!!
#wecreate
My recent visit to the Capitol in Washington was an absolute delight. The parks surrounding the majestic building provided a tranquil setting for families to relax and enjoy picnics. I love that atmosphere, people working out and playing with their children, walking their dogs.
Exploring the museums nearby was a highlight, immersing me in the rich history and culture of the nation. The sight of squirrels scampering around added a touch of whimsy to the experience.
I couldn't resist posing like Captain America, capturing a fun and memorable moment. But I won't post it here 😂
Accessibility was a breeze, with convenient transportation options available. Overall, my visit to the Capitol was a perfect blend of beauty, education, and fun.
Some sky beautify was used on the first picture to bright it up a bit ☀

New York city New Year's Eve
New York City New Year's Eve Last 2022.
It is really a bucket list to spend the new year's eve on NYC Times square. But you need to be ready, Dress Warm, stay hydrated and No Bathroom inside the crowd. We got inside, near the stage about 12hours before the countdown with no restroom time at all 😱, NYPD wont let you go outside to take a restroom and be back to your place. Once you get out, they wont let you in again and thus the crowd its difficult to be back inside. if your with a child, like me together with my 7yr old child, she wore a diapers so to be sure. but overall experience was all worth it. because of we are early on the scene, we had always has an exposure to the tv cameras, we even got exposures that shown in CNN and worldwide tvs and news! It was all great experience and unforgettable!

New Orleans City Park
This park was larger than Central Park in New York and the oldest oak trees in the world were located in this park. The trees look so beautiful it's like they're wearing a veil on their heads. There was also an amusement park and a museum nearby.I was able to travel as much as possible because I traveled in the spring, when the weather was really nice.If you want to get lost in nature like me, I suggest go to this park.

Everglades, Orlando
The Everglades is the third largest park on the UNESCO world heritage list. There are many different types of vehicles and various wild animals are licking in this park so be careful 😉
I was surprised that the roots of the ‘Mangrow Tree’ are among the endangered species because these trees prevent erosion. You can use your time efficiently by taking a tour in the park, but please be careful with your phones. The person next to us dropped his phone in the water and walked around in a gloomy mood throughout the tour☹️

Amazing swamp tour in Louisiana
#fallingforfall
In the state of Louisiana, mossy swamps are famous. Slideshell’s swamp is the most famous one, located just outside of New Orleans. Here, you can see and even feed wild animals such as crocodiles. Since the swamp is surrounded by trees on both sides, the scenery is quite beautiful. The color of the water is brown, if you go in autumn, you can see that everything is brown. It was a very different and beautiful experience for me. If you have a plan to go to Louisiana, I would definitely recommend you to join Swamp tour.

I ❤️Disney

I love Disney! I know this is suppose to be a children place but one must admit it is truly the happiest place on earth. I have been to Disney Tokyo and Hong Kong. This round was my first time come here - Disneyland in Anaheim, California. I was thrilled to visit this original Disneyland Park. Everything was spotless, entrance line moved quickly and without delays, and the foods found in the park were exceptional. It was definitely a wonderful experience. I highly recommend the place.

Columbus - Fall Colors
#passionpassport
When I used to watch movies and see colorful trees I used to wonder how it happens. Why in India which is very warm all around the year we never see that kind of color in India. I visited USA and saw trees due to cold turns and gets colorfully with different colors. Fall all trees in cold places looks very beautiful. Specially maple trees which turn to very beautiful red color. There are places in Michigan which are famous for its fall color. If one gets chance they should once visit and see fall color. It’s a cool thing. #fallcolor #michigan #usatravel #ohio #travel Inspiration #globecohtravel

THE ALAMO-SAN ANTONIO
I have a chance to visit this beautiful historical place during my business trip. My client was kind enough to bring me around. She brought me to this place.
The Alamo Mission (Spanish: Misión de lamo), commonly called the Alamo and originally known as Misión San Antonio de Valero, is a historic Spanish mission and fort complex founded in the 18th century by Roman Catholic missionaries in what is now San Antonio, Texas, United States of America. It was the site of the Battle of the Alamo in 1836, where American folk heroes James Bowie and Davy Crockett died. Today it is a museum in the Alamo Plaza Historic District and part of the San Antonio Mission World Heritage Site.
This historic district was one of the early Spanish missions in Texas, built for the education of local American Indians after their conversion to Christianity. The mission was secularized in 1793 and later abandoned. Ten years later, it became the fortress that housed the San Carlos de Parras military unit's Second Flying Company, which probably gave the mission its name Alamo. During the Texas Revolution, Mexican General Martín Perfecto de Cos surrendered the fort to the Texan Army in December 1835, following the Siege of Béxar. A small number of Texans then occupied the compound for several months. Its defenders were annihilated at the Battle of the Alamo on March 6, 1836. When the Mexican Army withdrew from Texas a few months later, they tore down many of the Alamo's walls and burned several buildings.
Over the next five years, the Alamo was regularly used to garrison soldiers, both Texas and Mexico, but was eventually abandoned. In 1849, several years after Texas was annexed to the United States, the US Army began leasing the facility for use as a quartermaster depot, before returning to abandon missions in 1876 after nearby Fort Sam Houston was founded. The Alamo Chapel was sold to the state of Texas, which toured occasionally but made no attempt to restore it. The remaining buildings were sold to trading companies that operated them as wholesale grocery stores.

Breathtaking View @ Yosemite!
One will not regret taking time to travel all the way to Yosemite and staying for a few nights!:)
Getting There - it was a 5 to 6 hours drive from Los Angeles
Attractions - Breathtaking views of mountain, lakes and valleys
Hotels - There are various types of accomodations in the area. Ranging from Condominiums (with BBQ pits) to Lodges (with many facilities)
Food - Not to worry if you are staying at Lodges with fully equipped facilities as they would have restaurants there for dining.

Gramercy Park, Manhattan, New York
Gramercy Park was designed to house fashionable families. The Roosevelts lived there for decades and enjoyed the area’s exclusive Gramercy Park. Over the years it’s been home to many writers, politicians, artists, and students who enjoy its central location and peaceful atmosphere
Gramercy can feel like a secluded, private neighborhood even though it’s located in central Manhattan.
The neighborhood is reminiscent of a sprawling, well-groomed park with its clean streets and carefully cultivated greenery.
Large and spacious brownstones are known as being some of the prettiest in the city. Hanging plants and bushes adorn most stoops.
Day-to-day life in Gramercy is laid-back. With few tourist attractions, the neighborhood is filled with residents looking for a place to relax with privacy.

The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York
I love the Met. It was my first visit since the pandemic and the Met never disappoints. Everything felt safe and clean. The redone exhibits are absolutely gorgeous *especially* the Egyptian exhibit. The Indigenous exhibit is also beautiful.
This is hands down the best museum I have ever been to. There is so much to see, so I'd recommend planning to be here 4+ hours at least. Pricing is affordable at $25/ticket for non-residents. Check online to see if any exhibits are closed, there were a few closed exhibits for New York's Met Gala event, which was disappointing because we weren't expecting that. Otherwise, come prepared to be in awe of the incredible history here.
