Reception can also assist with bike hire, boat trips, and more. An amazing experience overall.

This was my second visit here after a wonderful experience last year. The little extra touches truly stood out—being welcomed with a drink at check-in, having tea or coffee served at breakfast instead of queuing at a machine, and finding a bottle of wine with some cakes in the room as a thank-you for returning. We arrived late after dinner service was over, and to our delight, there were plates with fruit, bread, meat, and cheese waiting for us in the room, which was much appreciated after our travels. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming across the hotel. Special thanks to Nando on the night shift at reception—he not only remembered me from last year but also kindly dealt with a small lizard that had sneaked into our room and perched above the bed! The pool area was spotless and well-organized. We always managed to secure a good sunbed spot around 9 a.m., but even later in the day, beds were usually available. With one umbrella for every two sunbeds, there was no need to rush early to grab one. The location is excellent—just a few minutes' walk to the pine walk and the promenade lined with bars and restaurants. The bus station, church square, and a small Eroski supermarket are also about 10 minutes away. It’s easy to see why so many people return year after year—looking forward to coming back again!

We had a fantastic time at Marsenses. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with housekeeping every other day. My only small gripe was the ineffective air conditioning. Despite the extreme heat outside, I would have expected indoor temperatures to stay between 22 and 24 degrees, but ours was consistently at 28, which made sleeping quite uncomfortable. Although we reported the issue, nothing was done. Other guests mentioned discrepancies, with some enjoying 18 degrees while others changed rooms due to similar issues; it’s definitely something to be aware of. The hotel is in an excellent location, just a five-minute walk to the beach and its popular beachfront restaurants. However, I highly recommend exploring the streets behind the main strip, as there are some amazing restaurants and bars worth visiting. Typically, we don't eat much at hotels, but the food here was quite good. I enjoyed fresh salads and starters so much that I rarely had room for the mains. Standouts included the chili con carne, pork cheeks, meatballs in sauce, and the variety of fresh fish dishes like sea bass. That said, the BBQ was underwhelming. The desserts were tasty, albeit a little too heavily focused on chocolate for my liking. Breakfast was excellent, with highlights like freshly made eggs hollandaise, omelets, and avocado prepared to order, along with plenty of bread, fruits, coffee, and detox smoothies to kickstart the day. The bars offered a great selection of cocktails and other drinks to suit all tastes—the sangria was particularly impressive. However, the bars closed at around 11:00 PM, leaving the ambiance very quiet after that, which some might prefer. The hotel staff were exceptional, and I must give special mention to Alex, Jesus A, Alan, Carla, and the lovely Idda and Natty. Unfortunately, there were a few staff members who let the team down, but they weren’t wearing name badges (they know who they are). I was disappointed by the lifeguards, who seemed more interested in sitting in the shade or fetching drinks than enforcing rules. They didn’t monitor guests who rudely reserved sunbeds with towels for most of the day and didn’t show up until after dinner. During peak season, you expect prime sunbeds to fill up quickly, but some guests flouted the rule against reserving them before 8:00 AM by sitting on them until the cut-off time. The management needs to better enforce the rules they’ve put in place. A nice touch was the courtesy room arranged for our late checkout—it turned out to be even better than our original room, surprisingly! Overall, it’s a fantastic hotel, and despite a few minor issues, I’d definitely return.

This is one of the best hotels and my favorite! It’s in a perfect location, just a 5-minute walk to the beach. There’s also a bus station about a 10-minute walk away if you want to visit Palma for the day. Our room is lovely and very clean. The staff are all wonderful—truly attentive and caring. It’s absolutely worth staying here, and you can tell how much I like it since this is my third visit…and I’ve already booked for next year! I highly recommend this hotel. It has a fantastic atmosphere, and everyone is so friendly. The food is delicious, with a variety of choices to suit everyone. The spa is good, and the pool is nice and very well-maintained. Attention to detail is one of the many reasons we keep coming back year after year. This hotel never disappoints, and we’ve even compared others nearby to confirm that.

We originally planned to visit last September but had to postpone due to illness. The staff were incredibly helpful in managing the cancellation and rescheduling transfers. We stayed in room 202, which had a stunning sea view, a comfy bed, and excellent air conditioning. The room also featured a convenient fridge and a fantastic, powerful shower stocked with toiletries. Breakfast was included and offered a great variety: cava, pastries, fruit, eggs, beans, bacon, and cereal. The hotel was spotless, and the staff were very friendly. They even provided beach towels and sun loungers for guests. Its proximity to everything made our stay truly wonderful.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hobby Club, although we were initially disappointed to find it full of families with children. As an older couple, we had hoped it would be quieter at the end of August/beginning of September, but you live and learn. The apartments are lovely, spacious, and clean on arrival. The location is outstanding—right across from the beach and just a short walk to shops, bars, and restaurants. However, we were let down by the housekeeping service. We're not sure our bedding was changed at all during our 14-night stay. Reception states that apartments are serviced every other day, but in reality, that service seems to consist of sweeping, emptying bins, and changing towels. On our second trip to Puerto Pollensa, we chose Cabot accommodation due to a great previous experience. While the apartments here are good, we noticed some differences—such as the lack of a quality hairdryer, which might matter to some guests. Instead of a GHD hairdryer like in Las Velas, Hobby Club only has a basic wall-mounted one. I bring this up because it might catch others off guard. Other minor downsides included the near-constant dragging of furniture in neighboring apartments, either by guests or housekeeping, often early in the morning. With the pool enclosed on three sides, noise bounces off the walls and can be heard even from the beach. That said, there are several positives. We appreciated the washing machine and dryer on the ground floor—€4 for the wash and €3 for the dryer, with detergent and softener included, which is very convenient. Pool and beach towels can also be hired from reception by leaving a deposit. A fee of €2 is charged for each towel change, which is another handy feature. We spent most of our days at the beach where two loungers and a parasol cost €21. Overall, we would happily return to Hobby Club but would make sure to avoid school holiday periods next time.

It’s a truly gorgeous spot. We’ve heard that it tends to get crowded in summer, and now we understand why. The beach is relatively long but narrow, which leads to space limitations. However, when we visited on a September morning, we found it easy to access and had no issue finding parking. The recommended alternatives, like taking a bus or a boat from Port de Pollenca, make perfect sense after experiencing the challenging drive. The road zigzags steeply along the high Mallorcan terrain to Cap de Formentor, with numerous cyclists to navigate around. Facilities are good, and the water is absolutely pristine. Just a heads-up: parking costs €10 for two hours, which isn’t cheap. Additionally, in the first section of the beach, the cost for two sunbeds and a parasol was an eye-watering €80. It’s much better to bring your own umbrella and seating. Overall, don’t let these small inconveniences deter you. Plan carefully and you’ll leave happy!

Amazing views from a well-designed viewpoint offering several viewing angles. There are multiple ways to reach this spot, such as by bus, rental car, or bike. If you choose to bike, be prepared for a tough, steep climb along a busy road. Driving requires an early start to avoid the hazard caused by bike traffic and the challenge of limited parking. Taking the bus might be the most convenient choice. In any case, the breathtaking scenery makes the trip worth it.

We stayed at Hotel Illa d’Or in Pollença last week for our honeymoon after celebrating our wedding in Mallorca the week prior. The hotel is absolutely stunning, and its location right by the sea and along the pine walk offers breathtaking views and convenient access to the port's shops and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed the solarium with direct access to crystal-clear water, perfect for snorkeling, and also made good use of the adults-only pool and spa. There were always plenty of sunbeds available, which made for a peaceful and relaxing time. Our room was both comfortable and spotless, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was serene. The staff truly made our stay exceptional—they were friendly, welcoming, and always eager to assist. The servers were outstanding, particularly at breakfast, where having our coffee order remembered each morning added a personal touch. We left feeling incredibly relaxed, with some wonderful memories from our honeymoon.

Just returned from a 4-night stay here. This compact apartment has everything needed for a relaxing getaway. It's well-equipped with thoughtful touches in the kitchen and throughout. The outdoor space is fantastic, featuring a hot tub for unwinding and lovely views to both the front and rear. While there are 3 flights of stairs to reach the apartment, the views make it worthwhile! Located on the top floor above Zarlales restaurant, which is excellent – we enjoyed their paella and roast suckling pig, both of which were amazing. The restaurant and apartment have been family-owned for many years. Yolanda, the owner, is very welcoming and always available to help with any needs or advice on nearby attractions. We highly recommend this apartment for couples. It's also conveniently close to other restaurants, and the beach is just a minute away!

I highly recommend KayakMallorca for anyone looking to rent a kayak in Puerto Pollensa. They accommodate both beginners and experienced kayakers. I rented a Rebel Husky kayak, which was clean and brand new—a great choice for an experienced paddler like me, as it was fun and easy to handle. The rental was for three hours, costing €60. The service was outstanding as well. The friendly owner took extra care to match the equipment to my skill level and made sure I was capable of safely using a sit-in sea kayak. For those with less experience, there are sit-on kayaks available that are more forgiving.

We booked a double bed room with a sea view for two nights in early September and absolutely loved the amazing balcony! The service was warm and welcoming, though we didn’t get a chance to try the included breakfasts. The sandy beach with its crystal-clear, warm water was just a short walk from the front entrance. We only wish we could have stayed longer! That said, we’d rate it a solid 4.5 out of 5, mainly due to the vintage interior, including the steps to the rooms and slightly dated bathrooms.

We had Marsenses Puerto Pollensa on our bucket list since last year when we walked by one evening and enjoyed the incredible soul singers performing there. This August, we booked a last-minute trip, and it did not disappoint. Upon arrival, we were greeted with Cava, water, and cookies. Our room was fantastic—ticking all the boxes with a stunning mountain view. Honestly, I believe our room and the one next to us had the best view in the entire hotel. The cleaning service, provided every other day, worked well for us. While there were a few spots that weren’t spotless upon arrival, nothing was beyond manageable. The food was exceptional, featuring always-modern, high-quality options with both healthy and indulgent choices daily. Although I’m not gluten-free, I was pleased to see a dedicated section for it, and the fresh honey was a delightful touch! We tended to have breakfast a bit later, yet there was always plenty available. The pool area was lovely. Even with the hotel fully booked, we still managed to get good sunbeds. A few guests seemed to prefer securing specific spots early, but it wasn’t an issue for us. The pool was fantastic, and we occasionally noticed a pleasant menthol scent from the nearby plants. It was clear that the hotel went above and beyond to ensure accessibility for guests with disabilities, from the pool to the rooms. As we experienced the year before, the entertainment was superb, with many guests enjoying dancing. The location is perfect, and there was lots of visible information about how the hotel supports its staff and cares for the environment. Overall, this is a kind-hearted, high-quality hotel we thoroughly enjoyed.

I couldn't fault this hotel. Though it’s rated 4 stars, it honestly felt like it exceeded that rating in every way. Located right in the heart of Puerto Pollensa, it’s right by the port with restaurants just steps away and a short walk to the Pine Walk—truly a perfect central spot. We had an issue with our booking that required changes, which was entirely our fault, and the hotel resolved it for us even though they didn’t have to. Their assistance was fantastic. Additionally, we had booked two rooms, and one had a less-than-ideal balcony view. The staff kindly offered us three alternative rooms to choose from instead, showing incredible flexibility and guest care. The staff overall were amazing—attentive but never overbearing. At the bar, whether by the pool or outside, we never waited more than two or three minutes. The rooms were modern and immaculately clean. Breakfast was a highlight, served in a lovely dining area with a wide variety of genuinely delicious food. The pool, a saltwater one located directly across from the hotel by the sea, offers stunning views. We had no trouble finding sun loungers every day. The only minor improvement I’d suggest is adding a keycard lock to the pool area gate, as currently, anyone can enter. I did notice staff politely ushering out those who didn’t belong, though, so it’s well managed. Overall, this was a wonderful experience. Having visited the area three times, this was our first stay at this hotel, and it won’t be our last. A big thank you to all the staff for their exceptional service!

Just returned from another fantastic stay at the hotel. This time, we stayed in a seafront room overlooking the side pool, complete with a cozy sitting area. The hotel holds a special place in our hearts. The staff are exceptional—special thanks to Monica, the manager, and Santi at reception, who were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The hotel features the 1929 restaurant, which serves as the dining spot for half-board guests. It’s stunning, with an à la carte menu for all three courses, plus a pre-starter and pre-dessert. The variety of food is excellent, and everything we tried was delicious. We also dined twice at La Terraza, the outside restaurant at the front. The setting there is simply beautiful. Breakfast at the hotel is another highlight, offering an amazing spread that’s not only extensive but also beautifully presented. We can’t wait to return and experience this wonderful hospitality again soon.

This is one of the best hotels in Mallorca. My sister and her husband are there now, and I’ve stayed there in the past. William helped me with a challenging situation and exceeded all expectations. This was our first visit to Port de Pollença, and we couldn't have chosen a better place than the Miramar. The hotel truly feels like a paradise! The location is spot on – right by the seafront and Pine Walk, with everything conveniently close by. The hotel itself is stunning, immaculately clean, and exudes a calm, relaxing vibe. Every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating, and the food was consistently delicious throughout our stay. One highlight was the breathtaking beach bar and private beach area. Relaxing with a drink just steps from the soft waves and enjoying the mesmerizing bay views was pure bliss. The setting is so magical; you could easily lose hours simply soaking it all in. We stayed with the Miramar Collection for two weeks. During the first week, we were in one of the Brisas apartments, which was absolutely perfect for our family. It was exceptionally spacious with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, dining area, and a beautiful balcony. The mix of apartment independence and access to Miramar's facilities was ideal for us. During our second week, we stayed in the main Miramar Hotel and loved it just as much. The hotel has a timeless charm, combined with modern comfort and meticulous cleanliness. The guests added to the charm, many having returned for decades, now with their children. It also felt like a safe option for solo travelers. The pool areas were peaceful and well-maintained, with ample sunbeds for everyone—no need to rush or reserve spots, which was a definite plus! One minor suggestion would be adding a small bar or drinks service near the pools, but bringing our own drinks worked just fine, so it wasn’t a big issue. Port de Pollença completely captured our hearts, and the Miramar played a significant role in that. Between the gorgeous location, tasty food, wonderful staff, and the idyllic beach bar by the Mediterranean, we genuinely didn’t want to leave. We’re already looking forward to returning!

The breakfast offered a broad selection of hot and cold dishes along with drinks. It's a fantastic spot to unwind and enjoy the charm of Puerto Pollensa. Highly recommended!

We have stayed at the Miramar in the past and found it to be the most relaxing holiday we’ve ever had. This year was no different; the staff were excellent. The food was excellent, and with the beach and sun terrace right outside, I cannot fault any aspect of our holiday—except that we should have stayed longer.

After nine years away from holidaying on the Spanish mainland, we revisited this hidden gem of paradise. Positioned right next to the beach on the renowned Pine Walk, the hotel is modern, spotless, and ideal for a calming and enjoyable vacation. The facilities are top-notch, with rooms cleaned daily and stocked with appropriate shower gels, shampoos, and soaps. An in-room pod coffee maker and kettle provide convenience for hot drinks, while the spacious mini-fridge easily accommodates wine and water. Breakfast deserves special recognition, offering a variety of fresh fruits, yogurts, pastries, meats, cheeses, multiple juices, and an excellent selection of hot dishes, all frequently replenished. The restaurant is an excellent choice for lunch or dinner with competitive pricing. It was a delight to return after such a long break and find familiar staff and fellow guests. Truly a fantastic venue!

This was our third consecutive year here, so it's clear that we absolutely love it! As a family with a teenager, we usually opt for an apartment in the back building, but this time we splurged on a side sea view, and it was fantastic! While the other building is great too, having the view made it special. The staff were excellent, and the pool is unbeatable. The resort strikes the perfect balance—vibrant and lively without feeling tacky. With endless dining options, what's not to love? Hotel Daina, see you again!

My partner and I spent a few wonderful days at this hotel and were thrilled from the very beginning. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome and felt immediately at home. The entire staff was consistently friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. We were particularly impressed by our room, which had a stunning view. The cleanliness exceeded our expectations—everything was immaculate and well-maintained! Every morning, we enjoyed an excellent breakfast that left nothing to be desired. In the evenings, we savored special cocktail creations either at the hotel bar or on the terrace, making for truly lovely nights. During the day, we happily relaxed in the spa area, which was inviting, modern, and exceptionally clean. We were so delighted with our stay that we even booked for the following year while still there. We highly recommend this hotel and are already looking forward to our next visit! :)

This hotel is truly amazing, one of the best in Europe, and I know a good hotel when I see one! The food is absolutely fabulous, and the rooms and grounds are kept immaculate. The location is lovely as well. All the staff were wonderful, with special thanks to the reception team, Santi, Diego in the restaurant, and Maria Jose. There's nothing to complain about here—go and experience it for yourself!

We booked this as our second holiday of the year, aiming for something affordable and cheerful rather than high-end. For the amount we paid for a family of four with B&B, this hotel offered good value for money. I requested a ground-floor pool room and was thrilled to get one. Being near the pool allowed us to keep the patio door open so our 10-year-old kids could come and go while staying within view — no lost keys! We also enjoyed the evening sun, making it a pleasure to sit outside with a drink before heading out. The location is fantastic — close to the beach, shops, and everything you need, with a great deli/supermarket just behind the hotel. Breakfast wasn’t huge, but it had enough variety, and everything we ate was tasty, especially the roast tomatoes! Allergy signage could be clearer as the serving spoons were used across different foods without distinction. On the other hand, the bar food was excellent. The club sandwich was massive, the iced coffee was delicious, and the pasta portions were huge — though a kids’ menu would have been helpful! The staff experience was mixed. While receptionists were friendly and helpful, and the bearded guy was fantastic with my kids (they loved his sense of humor), the lady working at breakfast could use some friendliness. The young guy at the bar was great too. A few downsides: you’re not allowed to take coffee out of the breakfast room, which felt unnecessarily strict. The €10 non-refundable charge for beach towels was ridiculous, especially since they can’t be exchanged during your stay. Local shops have towels for €7! Though the pool officially opens at 10am, it wasn’t strictly enforced, so our kids could enjoy it earlier. The pool is smaller than it looks and can get crowded, but we always managed to find loungers—even after 2pm one day. The weather also threw a curveball, with rain on three out of seven mornings in Mallorca in August! Thankfully, the sun eventually returned, though obviously, that’s no fault of the hotel. The rooms are dated and could use a refresh, particularly the blue curtains, bedding, and splashback. A neutral color scheme could greatly improve the space even without major renovations. The breakfast room also feels cramped, despite having a large unused waiting area nearby that could be integrated. We specifically chose this hotel because it offers four proper separate beds, which is increasingly rare as our kids no longer share sofa beds. The room layout worked perfectly, and the lounge beds were even more comfortable than the main bedroom! Overall, I’d recommend this hotel if you’re on a budget and value location, spacious rooms, and a good breakfast. If you’re seeking luxury, modern decor, or a large pool, it might not be for you. For what we paid, it met our needs perfectly, and we had a great holiday.

You can relax either in the patio or the spacious terrace. Animal lovers are welcome, as cats and dogs roam around discreetly. It's conveniently located just steps away from the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets.

We had an amazing stay. The hotel is superb and ideally located, with a nearby parking area. The welcome was fantastic, and the team was very efficient and extremely attentive throughout our stay. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The rooftop pool was very enjoyable. Breakfast was delightful, featuring excellent local products and served by a cheerful and energetic team. We are very much looking forward to returning next year!
